Yes... I am thinking it will come out soon enough... but I am sure I will not see the STL100-1 autoloader leaked with all the other STL's...

I'm sure the subpoena was related to IP and contracts, not leaks. But I didn't listen either.

And I am all for "milestone" releases over incremental builds. Someone told me "you really don't want the stuff out now." I believe them. Although that was about a month ago. Development cycles are fast up in Waterloo. Moral of the story: stay patient. What is worthy of release shall be

I'm not scared...just not worth releasing crappie OS. I have no need for 10.2.1 or 10.2.2 OS atm so I don't bother for those.

Since I don't bother trying to get news from some people droning on for half an hour that most of the time have nothing useful to say, I don't make a habit of listening to podcasts for news.

But this did pique my curiosity: who got the subpoena, from who, and for whose user IP records?
There was no podcast about subpoenas or IP records.... thus I added the WINK.

It's easy to say you aren't scared when you are anonymous.... but when it comes down to it, no one is anonymous. If someone wanted (and Chen might be the type to want it bad enough) to find us they could - I was just pointing that out. All it would take is a couple of subpoenas to CrackBerry and then your Internet Provider... and poof John Chen is at your door.

Now there are ways around all of that, if you are careful and live outside of the Western World.....

Also, Lengend, so you have a worker radio for 10.3 Z30? Cause if you do and you're not sharing then boo you!

Okay, but can't your "source " send you the file? A radio file shouldn't get him caught. Haven't all your "leaks" just been Carriers releases a few days later? Or just been of the servers (whatever they are called that people can pull them off theme selves with that app)

Ok. But isn't that very slow. I mean 140 was build some time in Feb. And now it's mid April.

Also if you could share what's new and how it is working?

I didn't know that code grew on trees. Now that I do I'll stop chopping them down. I'll go out and harvest some patches.

But seriously, that kind of development takes time, I want to be on the latest build as much as the next guy, but I agree with lengend, getting that software out probably isn't as easy as putting your jump in the pc and copying it over. I would rather have features and big bug fixes than just a higher build number just to have a higher build number.

the worst part is that the problem wasn't the leakers, it was the people dissecting the leaks to try and figure out blackberry's roadmap for devices. I don't think any Android manufacturers or iTard engineers spend time digging through blackberry files, but when we make it incredibly easy for them to see what's coming up then why wouldn't they react to it and prepare. We did this to ourselves.

That's pretty hilarious because when BerryLeaks released incomplete, buggy stuff - along with A) warning people about how incomplete and buggy it was, and B) documenting many of the incomplete and buggy parts - including ie complete lack of radio and inability to make phone calls etc - people couldn't push and shove and step on each other fast enough to grab it and stick it on their devices.

    Oh, give me a break.

If BlackBerry was so worried about that, they wouldn't design it that way. Poking through a few text files like that is not exactly rocket-science, and regular release builds have the same info on future devices contained in their own configuration files too.

So around 3PM a new 10.3 leak was presented Q10, Z30 (I think). I was gonna hit the mega download but was a little busy. Post had about a dozen entries. I come back to check status and the post is gone. Not locked - - GONE.

Before I rattle on a really long exasperated post. How bout an explanation?

Hi. I was just wondering because I've recently heard that in May a new BlackBerry 10.3 is leaking. I was wondering what it actually is, and seeing that the current leak of 10.3 is a really early version, would the leak that's coming in May be a more developed and stable version?

Please reply as soon as possible

    Thanks,
    Carlos
