Then im sticking to 2072. Still very clean and very functional till another leak graces us.
Everything seems to be ok except the low wifi range issue. It is still there.

Just so you know, that app works on my device.

I patch it to get rid of the annoying Google services pop up though. Although that is not necessary.

I would suggest you delete it completely. Reboot your phone. Then redownload and install.

    Z30STA100-5/10.3.1.2243
    Thanks. Good info.

To recap: All stock Vivino versions previously installed OK on my device and they ran OK. Now, with OSes .2072 and .2243, none will install. Yet, all my other Android apps still install OK. (I downloaded all apps from Google Play.)

Hopefully, the official release of Z10 OS will resolve my issue. Until then, I'll use the Web version of Vivino.

Regarding your suggestion: That's effectively what I do when I install from my private archive of apk files. Also, I use Snap, which moves the installed apk file to my downloads folder after the app has been installed. In this case, the app cannot be installed, so no downloaded file.

    P.S.
The newer Android runtime may be relevant to my issue. These .bar files came with OSes .2072 and .2243:
    android-10.3.1.191-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar
    shell-10.3.1.191-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

Prior to upgrading OS, I was running these .bar files:
    android-10.3.1.145-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar
    shell-10.3.1.145-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

    Update:
I'm unable to get the version .145 bars to work under OS .2243.

Did you also install the newer apps from 1955?

Yes, but I didn't /reinstall/ the apps. Wonder if I should.

I did a blitz install from 2072. That OS wasn't so good on battery. Would only last 8 hours at the most.

Now I'm getting much better battery Q10SQN100-5/10.3.1.2243 . 4 hours and I have 76% left. On 2072 I would be at 40-50 percent at this time.

Installed the Blitz .2243 hybrid on top of .2072 and the only issues I have found are: 1, coverage seems to not be as good (bars) and I had to reboot my phone while standing in front of my AT&T MicroCell at home to get it to notice my phone. 2) when streaming music from spotify, I have noticed some "static" or noise and some breaking up during play back. Other than that, it seems good and so did .2072. Wonder if there is another radio that would work better on my Q10.

I didn't install the newer 1955 apps and I haven't had the slightest hint of flicker since updating to 2243. Could it be that the 2072/2243 apps are less likely to induce the flicker as opposed to the newer 1955 apps?

May I know how long does 2243 OS installed on your device, flickering sometimes appear after 2days or more.

I do not think the radio is as strong on this leak compared to the 2072 leak. I installed the first and seem to get LTE on AT&T and then I installed this leak along with the new app 1955. I don't seem to get LTE here in my home. I do not know if it was just a freak change in weather or something that caused LTE to appear or it was the radio.

Maybe, but I had some flicker with 2072/2073 and no 1955 apps, and that was on for a few days. Could be worth trying. I'd have to find the directory with all the 2072 apps and load them back in but leave the 2243 core OS in. Somehow I think it's more likely the core OS itself that's the problem, or rather that they haven't yet figured out how to get rid of the flicker.

After upgrading my Q10 to 2243 (Radio & OS) +1955 newer apps, my battery is draining quite quickly. Initially everything seems groovy but after charging it up overnight, I have found that the battery is draining about 1% every 15 min when it is idle. Has anyone encountered similar behaviour?

I am hoping that it will eventually settle down after some wear in period.

Well I just got my first dose of green flickering in the camera app after trying all the aspect ratios in an attempt to troubleshoot the poor Passport autofocus performance. So I guess it might as well install the newer apps in a little while. I'm wondering if the green flickering in the camera app is a separate issue to the other types of flickering. Very strange.

You need to use device manager to see what is draining your battery. It's often PIM Services, in which case you might want to remove and re-add your accounts.

Yes, from looking at the device manager it was PIM that was having high CPU usage. Thanks for the advise on remove and re-add the accounts. I will try that before doing a wipe and upgrade again and just doing a custom restore rather than a full restore (which I did previously).

As someone else suggested, be sure and reboot first to make sure that doesn't solve the issue. If that doesn't solve it, remove your email accounts that have contacts or calendar data syncing, reboot the device, then re-add them. That has solved the issue when I have high PIM usage.

    ******* FIXED *******

I remedy this by opening up app world in a browser. This then forced the app to open on my Q10.

Calendar notifications a on my phone are still silent. This issue started with upgrade to OS 10.3.1.1016 and persisted through subsequent upgrades.

I have customized the active profile's settings to override profile volume, vibrate, and LED. A calendar event only flashes the LED.

I concur on this one. Everything else is perfect so far. The best 10.3.1 on Passport.

upgraded thru sachesi installing core os and radio over 2072, unit heated up and some android apps intermittently worked.
I made my own autoloader installed yesterday, heating up seems gone and android apps now working.

Can you forward contacts that are synced via BBLink? I can't do that with Passport on 2072.
I can confirm that I still cannot share BBLink contacts with this OS. I had high hopes that I could, but alas, no.

Remove accounts, hard reboot, re-add accounts seems to have resolved the issue. After the initial sync of the account and the phone running warm for about an hour (my be the indexing), it seems to have settled down.

Thanks to everyone for the helpful advise.
