Hi guys, need your input on something...

After having tried earlier 10.3.1 leaks on my Q10 but had to go back to 10.2.2 every time. So I went for 2072 today (after having the same trouble with 1949), nuke'd the phone prior to using the autoloader. Earlier 10.3.1 builds had always caused me excessive battery drain (i.e. Idle time less than 4 hours and the battery was dead) - but only after setting up my email/activesync accounts.

Turns out, the same is true for 2072 so I did some more investigating. Device monitor is showing an average CPU consumption for "PIM Services" between 20-40% at all times, so this is the culprit and it makes sense since the OS is stable up to the point where I set up active sync accounts.

Now you'd think the email accounts would actually work, but they don't. Neither the email nor the calendar (disabled contact and task sync) actually show up on the phone.

Has anybody else seen this issue?

In case you're wondering, the server on the other side is an OpenXchange server which is an alternative implementation of Microsoft's ActiveSync.

Thanks for your ideas & input.

I think I'm going to have to do the same thing with my Z10. I don't want to because I know it's going to be a PITA but I've got a bunch of little bugs that are very annoying and I think it's because of the full restore.
The process of setting everything up from scratch was with it because 1949 is working smoothly, but I wouldn't want to go thought he process again any time soon. Certainly not for this minor update. :-)

Anyone on Z30 can u confirm if the phone app is fixed with respect to adding contacts to speed dial

    Posted via CB10
I just added two contacts to speed dial in 1949, so I assume this is the same in this minor update. What issue were you experiencing?

Is it normal for everyone else on the z30 to have the app screens stutter/lag/glitch a little when scrolling? I almost always get this flutter/stutter deal when I flip between app pages. Only have 2. All my apps are closed. Had it on the z10, thought it was the leak, but when I downgraded on the z30 to official it still did it.

STL100-1 still vibrates after answering a call. It's annoying.
Why does it vibrate? Man I have a feeling BlackBerry is once again kicking STL100-1 users in the face and lots of bugs were left.

Really? Interesting. I'm gonna wait it out and see. I re downloaded the autoloader and reinstalled it again and its still stuck in that rebooting cycle. I'll let it go for awhile and see if it stops. This has never happened before and I install leaks regularly always via autoloader.
If it rebooted more than three times in a row something is wrong. And if you went from 10.3 to 10.3 somehow is doubly wrong.

First instinct was a corrupted loader. Glad you got it sorted out.

incoming messages worked fine, too. The "busy" problem happens apparently to VZW Z30s. After a reboot, phone runs fine, then for reasons not yet understood, shows a "call failed, network busy" window. A reboot or cycle through airplane mode fixes temporarily. Incoming calls seem to be problematic too.
    Thanks!!

Those of you on Verizon having call problems. Try turning off Volte voice calling and see if that helps.

Ok Q10SQN100-5/10.3.1.2072. Sluggish process getting this one in. I won't pass judgement until it settles. Thus far extra sluggish! But it's slowly picking up the pace.

Hey Theresias, once you do the uploader login with all your accounts (emails, facebook, twittter, linkedIn, whatsapp...etc whatever you use) then leave the phone to settle down for about 2-3 hours. After about 2-3 hours of settling it down, just reboot the device, leave another 10-20 minutes to settle the device again and there you go!!! your PIM CPU usage will be almost nil. This is a common step for whatever autoloader you put on!

Don't see any categories on it sorry! But what do you mean category give an example

    Posted via CB10
In contacts on the 9900, there is a field (following the Dates fields) labeled "Categories".

The user can add a new Category or select an existing Category (or multiple categories) which will then show in the field.

The user can sort, by selecting Filter from the menu, which then shows all the contacts that have that category.

One can sequentially filter, getting down to the smaller subset of contacts that have all the categories that have been selected by the Filter command.

Here's a screenshot (just click on the attachment below - Screen-10114-224813 etc) from my 9900, showing a contact named "Test Contat showing "Test" Category

In the field labeled Categories, the entry "Test - Example" is the name of the category that includes this contact.

Ever since I upgraded to 10.3.0.xx series, my Q10 is experiencing low ringer volume. I thought this problem would be resolved as I get leaked updates. Currently, I'm on 10.3.1.1949 with no fixes to that low ringer volume problem. Hope this 2072 does a fix. Is anyone experiencing the same on their Q10s or any other BB10? Pls help me out with a solution.

All go fine with this autoloader. Backup with Link, run an autoloader, restore with link. All the same and all the apps restored. Perfect! All in 2 hours. Thanks!
Also BBM Chat history restored, if respect the steps mentioned on this forum.
    Thanks you!
