Have a Z10 STL100-2 @ Carrier Vodafone Germany. Every thing works fine.

One thing I also noticed, when opening the "more tab" (the three dots on the bottom right corner), the options are not centered, but listed all at the bottom. Not an issue, just a note. Posted a picture to explain better...

Exactly so there are no full 10.3 leaks for the devices I mentioned, I dunno why people have to be so difficult

This has most likely been done to improve one-handed usage. I'll admit it looks just a little awkward, but I'll gladly take it for the added functionality.

Here's what some are wondering regarding the camera picture taking. Every time you open the camera app, it will state to "Tap Anywhere On The Screen", so you don't think the red circle is to snap a photo. Plus, using any of the volume keys will also snap a photo. Picture attached.

I'm not being difficult, in the very first post it says that it isn't any good as a daily driver, but if you want to load it to see what it's like go for it, I didn't say I was using as a daily driver all I said was I loaded it. So if that's being difficult ya I'm being difficult.

Can someone check if they have utilized the geo tag function in the camera to give an option to navigate to a picture using BlackBerry maps, similar to what's available in android...after taking a picture , under options, it should be there if they added this...thanks

When I'm trying to explain to the guy who litters this thread with pictures bagging for an STL100-1 leak. And explaining that we are all in the same boat but we're not bagging for it. Ya.... it's being difficult, anyway I'm not going to argue.

While that's a nice touch, I think they'll still have to clarify that red button a little more somehow. It's definitely a nice feature from a functionality standpoint, giving you quick access to both video and photo capture, but I keep imagining a scenario where I give my phone to a stranger to take a photo of me and my friends. I'd bet money on them trying to use the red button to capture the photo if I didn't explain it to them.

One great find. Or improvement is that the excessive pinging has stopped in BBM when multiple posts happen. Amazing. Finally. My z30 beside me still pings and buzzes but not the "new and improved " z10

Does not take long to say "red button is for record. Tap anywhere for picture"

Then they might be like "huh, I wish my phone did this instead"

Oh I know, but that's besides the point. The point is that, ideally, a UI should speak for itself. I shouldn't have to explain that the big red button is, in fact, not the shutter button. This is especially important if BlackBerry wants to make migrating from other platforms simple - iOS has a button in a similar position for the shutter, as does Android.

I'm sure there's a way of maintaining that functionality while providing some clarity however - maybe a video icon on the button, for instance.

Interesting feature with the Panoramic option in the Camera app, it gives a hollow box for you to line up with a solid box, then it automatically takes the photo when lined up properly, then allows you to continue capturing, as if there is no end to the panoramic photo. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a screen shot of this to show here, sorry.

I agree a video icon would be better visually for others who don't know.

This auto suggest option in the Camera app is also a great feature. I'll be honest, the panoramic feature was way overdue. Here's a pic from the camera settings screen.

I know it has been mentioned already, but has the system RAM usage always been this high? Seems like it's using more than usual. Did a restart and it came back up to 300+ mb

I was getting the error with the camera saying I didn't have enough memory to open it.

This is new & welcomed (by me at least), it's called Folder Mapping. I have multiple work accounts set up on my phone & while setting up another, I noticed this extra new feature. In the past, when I sent an email from my phone, depending on the email account, I'd have 2 sent folders (Sent & Sent Items) when I'd go to view on a PC, separating what was sent via PC Web & what was sent from my phone. Now it gives the option to choose where you want it to land in.

My camera app did the same thing, restarted my phone & it didn't do it again (so far). Comes with being an early built OS.
