Hi Usman, now my daily driver is 10.2.0.1767. It's stable os, best leak so far. Is it good if I load 1048 radio?
Actually it depends on which area u are,so if you want to know you have to try it your self

I combine 1767 with 1048 radio. So far signal reception good (as always)
    Will report progress on battery.

Not sure why you are bumping this thread for that, but back on topic... I have had great battery life and very few issues at all with OS 10.2.0.1743 on my STL100-4 version Z10 or on my VZW Q10 for that matter, but I'm gonna sell my Verizon Q10 anyway, just don't need a qwerty because the Z10 is so easy to type on for me. I found 1743 better than 1761 or 1767 and OS 10.2.1.476 has a couple of issues that need fixed before I switch.

Kinda new to this. My z10 is running on 10.1.0.4633 can I install the 10.2.0.1743 straightaway? I have the link for the leak, now where do I find the proper autoloader to match? I can only find autoloader 10.2.0.1793. Thanks, sorry to sound dumb.

You'll find the autoloader links for 10.2.0.1743 in the OP at the beginning of this thread.

You can install 99.9% of leaks over the original OS, the 0.1% being ancient 10.2 leaks that belong in a museum.

I suggest loading 1791 instead of 1743, to be honest. It's newer and better.

Been running 1743 for 4 days on z10 with runtime 595 and have had no issues. Took 3 days for the OS to go
calm and back off battery use to better then normal. No apps problems and no radio issues. Rock solid so far.
Having a blast with 1743. Installed via installer, ran security wipe, installed all apps from scratch
(pain in the a$$ but always seems to work better). Did a save to SIM card on all contacts before leak install
and loaded them back after 1743 install.
    & BOOM! CRACKBERRY ROCKS!!

Back when I originally installed, the Notes from Outlook would not sync. Some considerable time had gone by and it suddenly started working and battery life has slightly improved. Weird...

Sounds like it's still doing the security wipe if that symbol is on your screen. Plug in to the wall to charge and let it finish.

Then plug your phone into your PC and start the auto loader for the leak you want, the led should turn green. And it will reboot.
