Good point, because this is a leak I don't belive your administration can reactive but if they can you gotta let us know that'll be a big plus in future leaks

    Posted via CB10
sure they can. OS version has no impact. The issue is that the device has to talk to the BES to set up the balance profile. If its not there the restore fails....which I have just been reminded of. Good thing its a weekend!

Troll doesn't read thread blames blackberry for a unofficial leak of a OS god Damn man read the thread the 100-1 doesn't have a leak because of the hardware limitations there will be AN OFFICIAL RELEASE OF 10.1 for the 100-1

What I meant, Mr Troll, is if the first product that helped BlackBerry to get some cash in their pockets should be taken care off or it should have been the higher end product, not the limited one. Don't be a blind troll, I know the limitations of my device and its problems at the same time. Copying a number to the phone app is not a device limitation, it's an OS limitation.

I have no problem helping either but people have to do some work themselves as well as I stated I'm not here to spoon feed information to people who won't retain it the best way is to research your self and when exhausted all options than ask for help.

I used to load hybrids onto my 9900 all the time from these forums I never posted much because I read and learn

I went onto android platform developed there and learnt by reading only asked for help when I exhausted all options

My story is simple if the request for help is honest and the person seems to have tried I'll help if they just come in here expecting to have their hand held through the process I'll blast them one for not reading

    Posted via CB10
My thought is if you want to help then go ahead and help. If you don't want to help then there is no need to post about your not wanting to help. There are plenty of people who are willing to answer questions no matter how much the person needed help could have researched the topic and found the info. So, if your not willing to do that I don't see what you are trying to gain by telling others to follow your example of not helping.

You bashed BlackBerry for not having a leaked hybrid OS out for your device when they have nothing to do with this

Would you go around bashing a galaxy s3 because of the different varieties of it? I highly doubt it

Wow, we got middbrew to come out of retirement in the rehab boards. o.0

I think we al made our points. And they are all avalid to some extent. Motion to agree with middbrew (help if you wanna help, ignore if you don't want to help) on this one and move on.

On the restoring issue: Thanks guys. I'll just let it do it's thing, but the annoying bit is it is STILL sitting at 0% on BB Link.

I can handle slow... Provided the progess bar is moving...

My reboots snuck in on me at first. I only noticed because my rotation lock was off all of a sudden. Seems after a reboot it turns off. Out of the 20 or so reboots I've had I only witnessed 3-4 since they are so quick. Still have reboots after att update, usually daily but this week I went 3-4 days without a reboot.

I like how this hybrid loads to about 30% than jumps straight to 100 and into the UI
