Did you unzip the apps and the debrick? The OP has them in a zip file. You should have a folder with 245 .bar files - 243 apps, one radio, and one debrick. Again, all .bar extensions.

    Conite,
I tried installing and got an out of space error on my Z30. 2.9GB left on internal flash...install needs 4.4GB. I didn't have anything substantial in anybody the directories that I could access. Are there residual files from previous installations I can clean out? I have a lot of apps, but 12+GB? Puzzled...

That's the problem with the lack of a core file. The debrick takes a lot of temporary space. You just have to delete as much as you can.

temporary as in the it reduces in size to a usual core file size? never upgraded like this either so learning as i go i guess. works fine otherwise for me. you think a core file will be available later?

You need to go thru everything as there is no way your internal memory is all taken up with system files. On my classic for system files - 2.63 gigs. Apps - 1.74 gigs

The end result will be the same, but a debrick will take more temporary space during the install.

As to whether a core will ever become available, there is no way to know.

Debrick is the os with apps for installing this u will have to extract the apps from the debrick bar file using sachesi
Then put debrick +radio+ extracted apps in a folder and. Then drag and drop this folder into sachesi
    That's all
Looks hard but easy as u thinks

I had a few issues with .2204 that have been resolved with .2252 on my Classic. .2204 was loaded with an autoloader and .2252 using Sanchesi. One, after about a week my battery ran out in less than 9 hrs. My System was running between 5%-50%. No idea why. Also, I couldn't access my BBM account. I was signed in and all that. I did a hard reboot, nothing. I loaded .2252 and my battery issues disappeared but still no BBM. I don't like reinstalling OS's. Just don't like it. Anyway, I tried to find something that would work in the forums. There was one thread, but it didn't work. I decided to do a hard reboot. Viola! It worked! I've had no issues since with BBM or anything else up to this point.

Battery and radio is fine on this version but I do confirm what someone else said about the graphics not being as "smooth" on this sta100-5 z30 such as homescreen app transitions left and right.

Smoothest graphics has been on 10.2.1.3442. I think that the issue is that the graphics driver is not optimized yet for the current gpu in this device. How else to explain why it was smooth at the end of the 10.2.1 series and also 10.2.2.1609 and then not really again after that from 10.3.1 onward.

I had a lot of problems with text entry on .2204 . I've had better luck with 2252 though there are still some odd issues with predictive text replacing correctly spelled words if i type too fast. Turning off the functionality seemed to fix it.

10.3.2 has been the smoothest by far, naturally. Not sure why you and the other poster has been lagging.

OK just so ya know. The download files come as blank although in the folder the downloaded file lists it as an exe. So not sure why its showing up blank?I am downloading this leak for the classic.

Can you check your leak files you uploaded please.

I just soft-reset it twice with the volume buttons.. seemed a bit better after that.. but not "perfect". To be fair, to a certain extent I'm comparing it to an iOS 6 device which is always flawlessly smooth. I was sliding the screens left and right and for example, there was a momentary "hitch" where that blank home screen that is between the hub and the apps was sliding in to the left and it paused briefly before continuing. These little frame rate glitches that are intermittent. It's as if it is not being buffered properly.

    All the files are fine.

First autoloader is a exe file.
Debrick and radio are zip files.
Additional autoloader and app files are zip as well.

ah well when you're comparing these two OS's, i can understand. iOS6 looks flashier... i glance at it once in a while when my co-worker uses his. Flashy doesn't equal Flow, though. ;-)

If I recall, Android had the same issue of graphics smoothness buffering on transistions.. they had to put in a project to try and smoothen it out. It's hard to tell sometimes how much is the device. My Q5 on 840 is smooth on transitions.. but it's also a 720x720 screen. Which is weird because the Z30 is 1280x720.. not that much more.. this is why I think it's the drivers for either the memory or the graphics chip which is not the same one as in the Q5.

Ahh found something. If you leave settings (say display) up in an active frame on the Z30, it uses up 12-14% cpu constantly as seen in the device monitor with 2252. On the Q5 with 840 it uses 0%.

So this is a measurable bug of some sort.
