Unplug the device from your PC. Turn off device. Start the installer. Plug in the device into your PC. Turn on the device. Wait.

Search google for more instructions. Backup if you don't want to lose data.

I was using the 4537 and I got a brief taste of the wifi access, then it stopped woking as soon as it started. So I tried the 4543 and it still didn't work. Then my BBM stop working, couldn't add or join anything. So I went back to 4537 and my hub wouldn't work, couldn't add accounts.
So now I'm going back to 2009 until the next leak is released.

The file from MEGA is in a compressed file format called rar. You will need to unpack the exe file using a program like 7-zip, which is free. Once you unpack the exe file close BB link and connect the phone to your computer then run the exe file.

I understand the meaning of "snappy" but I don't understand how can it be any more "snappier" than 2354. It feels like an Iphone now... actually the browser seems to be much faster than on iPhone 4. What has been improved? What's "snappier" and "snappier" to what? The original software was very laggy.... but update 2354 seems to were perfectly for me so far.
I experienced minor glitches, mostly with many open active frames which are switching some pictures in them (BBM, CB10...) by moving to different screens. it's still present, but almost perfect.

Thank you so much! I can never find this, although I swear I stumbled across it in BlackBerry World once, but only once, and I don't remember how I found it.

Verizon Z10 (STL 100-4) users that have installed this: how is the included radio performing in regards to call quality, dropped calls, and battery life?

Reading through all these leak threads seem to get varied results, understandably, but most seem to forget to note which model and carrier they are on. While it's been established that builds/radios for series 2, 3, and 4 can be installed interchangeably and 'work' it's also been established that (at least some) devices don't play well with non-specific builds (radio file). I happen to have one of those devices, unfortunately. It could be that I travel continuously and experience problems that others who do not (and stay on the same tower), I don't know, but so far it has been an issue on my device.

    So two requests:

    1. Verizon -4 users: how is the included radio performing?

    And

    2. Can we start to include the model and carrier in our posts when responding to leak threads? It'd also save static from people keeping asking "what model/carrier" lol

    TIA

    --- Verizon Z10-4, VZW (lbfe) 10.1.0.2354, r2063
I am on Verizon, so of course I have an STL100-4, and I installed this leak yesterday. I came from the same combination you are using. Currently I am in Ohio, but live in Colorado, and have seen good performance with the radio so far. I haven't made many calls as of yet but the standby battery drain is very good. For me the real test will be when I am back at my office on Monday as I used to get horrible battery life there until I loaded OS 2354 with the 2063 radio. I have experienced one random reboot last night but nothing since then so we shall see.

So far I would recommend loading this leak but it has only been a day.

I don't see why you couldn't download the file on your Mac and the transfer it to a PC for extraction and loading.

Please explain "simple password for Z10" and what's "much, much snappier"?

I really don't feel the need for passwords in development mode but it forces me, which locks the phone while I'm uploading an app. Very inconvenient. An option to disable the password would be very welcome!
When done just turn it off. It will remove the password

The OS install takes about 10-15 minutes. Restoring your data may take a bit longer. Over all the process should take less than one hour.
Please does any one know how many hours it will take me to reload z10 os with blackberry link? Thanks

Looks like I just joined the "Dark Side". My very first leak install.

I owe it all to you guys here.

After reading and reading then reading some more I got up the nerve and "just did it!"

Not a hitch throughout the process. Now the 2nd part of the fun begins. LoL

Thanks again to everyone on here. And to the "Leak Gods" I will leave a virtual beer for you.

Edit: I am STL100-3 with BELL.

He probably didn't do anything different. During installation or afterwards, if you get a carrier pushed update, even if it's just a single application, the 'software release' info comes back.

Since the installation of OS 10.1.0.4543 , Blackberry Link (1.1.1.32) does not allow Remote File Access for my Z10 (STL100-3). It states, my Blackberry ID is not associated with a device running Blackberry 10 OS or an error occurred. I reinstalled Link, I changed the password on my ID - no result. I verified the ID, it is live and well.. I can't access the files on my PC with the wireless method. This worked flawlessly on OS 10.1.0 2342. The USB connection works fine and my Z10 works fine too.

Anybody else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions?

Ok.... installed & running smooth. can't get remote access working, tho. I uninstalled link & installed the latest version.... I think.. from BlackBerry.com. I get a message saying my email address isn't associated w/a device running bb10.
When I restored my backup & re entered p/w's, I chose not to sync Gmail contacts, to avoid dup contact entry's. Dose anyone think this is the reason link doesn't associate my email address w/a bb10 device????
