How long might an evil wipe take after one loads a leak? My Z is slow flashing red/green for some time now. I'm still usb connected to Link but Link is not showing the Z.
You should be fine. Power her up.

I just downloaded and installed the file for my Q10... Is it just me, but when I checked under the About page, the device version shows 10.1.0.4162? Not 4543... seems like a downgrade from my previous 4285 hybrid....

Your OS version will show 4543, I'm not sure where you are seeing this device version, but if your OS version says anything different I would double check the autoloader you used.

Odd... I have no issues. try hard reset on both phone and router. Maybe they're just missing each other.

Press an hold the power button, past the screen with the Restart option. Hold that power button until you see the startup animation with the BB logo. Then let go.

depending on what you have installed...about 30 mins, roughly. You should see an icon of a doc shredder. If the screen is blank, hit the power button.

The theme color is based on a global value. Which is white for Z10 and black for Q10. You cannot change that, it has been specified with the QML (as it's a cascades app) automatically.

Thanks for the clarification Adam. The one "know-it-all" who said it definitely works had me questioning the masters...Never again will I doubt.

Unfortunately, depending on where you bought your device, the splash screen is baked in. I'm on T-mo now, and everytime i remove my SIM, and install a different OS, the ATT screen returns. Once I install my T-mo SIM, the T-mo splash screen returns.
