I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question but I could not find an answer, unless I was searching the wrong keywords.

These spotted OS builds, such as the 10.3.2.xxxx are just numbers seen on a server, correct? It's not possible to download them as of yet?

Correct they are either OS Spotted on BlackBerry servers or could be spotted as an OS that has visited a website.

They are actual OS's on a BlackBerry Server, some we can get links to but the majority are just internal and never see the light of day in public.

    Isn't the RFF91LW AT&T's Z10?

Although, AT&T never officially released any 10.2.1 beyond 3337. They also never released any 10.2.0 officially, nor any 10.1.0 above 2121.

RFF91LW is every North American carrier's Z10 save AWS users (T-Mobile, WIND, etc).

So, just so I understand, what do those certification entries tell us?

    Nothing carrier specific, I assume?

Just model specific - but anywhere they happen to be used?

Edit: I do see that they are a member organization for all North American mobile operators.

My AT&T Z10 shows as a RFF91lW, RFK121LW in reg approvals and according to my IMEI prefix of 35625105 it should be the latter I.D. number.
    https://supportforums.blackberry.com...s/td-p/2305227
Check your IMSI on your device and map its prefix to the below mentioned values:

    35292105 BlackBerry STL100-3 Z10, RFF91LW
    35292205 BlackBerry STL100-3 Z10, RFF91LW
    35388705 BlackBerry STL100-3 Z10, RFK121LW
    35401005 BlackBerry STL100-1 Z10, RFG81UW
    35428905 BlackBerry STL100-3 Z10, RFK121LW
    35489705 BlackBerry STL100-2 Z10, RFH121LW
    35625105 BlackBerry STL100-3 Z10, RFK121LW
    35703305 BlackBerry STL100-1 Z10, RFG81UW
    99000124 BlackBerry STL100-4 Z10, RFA91LW
    99000124 BlackBerry STL100-4 Z10, RFA91LW
    Just for conversation matters only.

IMSI has nothing to do with IMEI...
IMSI is the internal number of your phone number/SIM in your providers network.

I assumed that the "IMSI" referred to in that forum post was a mistake. The poster just mistyped what should have been "IMEI". The S and E keys are right above each other.

The first 8 numbers in my IMEI correspond to what is listed for the second RFF91LW.

Oh, and to get back on topic...

I did see that 10.3.2.107 has hit the handsetdetection.com analytic site.

I may be wrong but I've been told 2243 is for the world and 2267 is for Canada.. or something like that. The higher build is specific to a country.

Posted via BlackBerry Q5 on 10.2.1.3442
I saw in another thread, that folks in Jamaica and Haiti are receiving OTA updates to 2267, which suggests its not exclusive to Canada. I also seem to recall seeing somewhere that 2243 was intended to be device-specific (Passport I think). Time will tell I guess.
