Funnily enough, I have read elsewhere that the links posted by Thurask a few days ago are likely to come live on Sunday which fits in nicely with your timeline.

Fingers crossed by a frustrated passport owner !!!

Honestly can't remember where I read it, but the date stuck in my mind. I guess that time will tell in terms of credibility, here's hoping.

I loaded the bar package provided and haven't had any flickering screen issues in 4-5 days.

    Flickering screen still present here.
Reboot should fix it for a day or maybe 2 days.
    But it comes back

    Ruben!

Load the package of bars for the passport...people said their flickering has gone away...your mileage may vary though. Doesn't hurt to give it a go.

Technically not just the Passport, it's the general Core OS, Debrick, and Apps links!

But yes, basically everyone already got their fill of this except for us Passport and the STL-001 users!

Most likely won't be in 10.3.1 to be honest.

This may sound weird, but black hub on lcd/non-amoled screen seems a bit stupid no?

Well ok, maybe not function wise as it won't make a difference battery wise, so I guess it'll just be aesthetic

Just an aestethic thing for us.

Previously on my Z10 my brightness was always kept at min (1% I guess?) due to my 4-hour battery life, and never had an issue with the white hub or applications.

On my Passport however, because of how naturally bright the screen is when at (1%/minimum percentage), I like using the dark hub/dark CB theme/dark BlackBerryMessenger because of how brutal the eye strain was for me.

You know, Power User problems and all..

I don't think that matters. I'm sure they would rather smooth out the essential bugs rather than adding features since there is still issues they need to address
