Blend was our unicorn for some time, and it's tightly connected to 10.3.1, leaks, updates and s***, so I think that its ok to announce Blend availability in this thread.
And, yeah, thank you guys for tip - I've just updated Blend on my STL100-1 running 1154.

tell that to the beta team, half couldn't even get it working. Brutal piece of software. Most people gave up on trying to get Blend to work. Hence it being a ghost town thread

Blend needs a lot of work, so it won't come out until Jan 2015 along with 10.3.1
I have 4 users on beta, no issues getting it setup. Works great with my Z30

weird the new blend update on blackberry world (Dec 17) isn't compatible with the software listed on the site (Dec 2nd).

I reinstalled and restarted my pc and phone. I'm also part of the beta program.

If you are part of the beta then you should understand that the whitelist for your device only exists in the blend bar they provided for you via the beta program. Even when they pushed the 10.3.1 os update over the beta they warned that you the updated blend wouldn't work as it didn't contain the beta devices whitelist. Unless they build a blend bar with our device pins whitelisted and then publish that one to BlackBerry world, the one in BlackBerry world won't work for non passport blend beta participants.

There's no reason you can't update to 10.3.1 now. The latest leak works great and if I recall is the same one the Classic is shipping with.

yes actually and i tried the passport at launch with 10.3.0.1418. Both being buggy launch OS'

It's not only BlackBerry, look at iOS8, Xbox One, PS4 and Lollipop

Seems like today, quality assurance went completely down hill. Xbox 360, win7,ps3, BBOS had no where near the amount of bugs at launch as we experience today with modern tech.

Anyways back to the spotted OS', sorry once again

The problem is time! Im sure that all those tech companys would love take some time and make sure the users are getting a product with as less bugs *** possible.
But today you have to bring new stuf every year, or as fast as possible. So you need time for quality? Shareholders dont like that, shareholders jump off your ship. its crazy.

more crazy are just the expectations. your company makes $10 billion win last year. and this year you are only expecting the same $10 billion win? oh oh... is your company going down? its stupid, but that is how it works today

very true, this is why I'm very happy with what Microsoft is doing with Win10, 1.5mil beta tester and 400k highly active beta testers and they haven't even hit the consumer previews yet.
