    How many is too many?
    And over what time span?

Could be a lot of reasons why the build count is higher than you think it should be.

Beta testing is be considered as pre-release testing. After the test makings new build means previous one is buggy

Not necessarily. There is ongoing development past a potential gold release. We don't have enough information to make any conclusions here.

Remember when we used to have leaks with builds in the low hundreds or less and hitting 1000 meant stable enough for daily driver?

Being over 1000 now, we should be close to a release candidate.

This is the latest spotted thread, not the latest installed. Besides, that's an old post you quoted from 02-12-16.

I hope you went into that OS with eyes wide open.

I honestly believe that we are in for some special surprises. For them to delay it for 5 months has to have a good reason. These delays may be a good thing. Very interesting on this.

Hope so. I'm more inclined to believe they are responding to NIAP requests for changes.

Agreed. I don't expect much new in terms of user experience.

I'm crossing fingers to! . It seems too long for just a security cert. It's been, well, Crackberry announced it in October 2015 or around there for March so let's say 8 months easy. Good to see new build here and there.

I'm also crossing my fingers! Good to see these builds indeed! Although unfortunately, some critics on this forum believe these builds are fake.......

Over the few years we've been able to see these servers, plenty of builds made it to the production server, but still never saw the light of day.

Not sure what timezone you're in, but there are still 2 days of August for them to fulfill the timeframe.

Not even New Zealand is in September yet? And they are extremely far ahead of the USA.
