Hey guys, quick question. If I extract all the BAR files contained in an auto loader and install the BAR files manually, is it effectively the same thing as running the auto loader?

    Thanks

No. If you extract all of the bars in an autoloader, you still won't have the OS itself to install.

There is only an option to install BAR files in Sachesi, no?

Awesome, Canada rocks. I am stuck here with AT&T here in the US. Service is great - but they NEVER push OS updates out.

I will give it a shot. So I won't need to do any security wipe this thing after the update? I read somewhere that there is file fragmentation sometimes when doing this?

You don't have to do a security wipe after a Sachesi update (if you did, then why not just use an autoloader?), which is its appeal. However, a security wipe is generally the best solution if the device becomes sluggish or has rapid battery drain for more than the first 1-2 days of an install.

Which means have a current backup, just in case.
