    Does anyone have this problem where when trying to save a file or open, you can't select or navigate away from the location?

    This is super annoying and I've had it since 10.2.1. Right now I'm on 10.3.1.

    I literally have to wait for a good 3 minutes for that app to respond. Way too ridiculous.

    I wouldn't recommend a BlackBerry just for this reason alone.

    How are you installing your upgrades and where are you trying to access the files ie SD card or to the phones memory

    Yes!!! Super annoying! I've even tired using the fastest microSD card I could find but still the same issue with my Q10. I think OP is right, it started around 10.2.1.x. Thanks for starting a thread on this.

    Autoloader. All the files I want to save are to the SD. Everything I want to access is on the SD.

    I'm on Q10SQN100-5/10.3.1.2267.

    I have an SD card also. When it reinitializes it usually defaults to the "Pictures" view. Which shows all the pictures on your device.

    But it just takes forever to do that. I'm just glad I'm not the only one lol

    I did as you said and submitted a bug email. With my any information that would help them. Such as what I did to replicate it, having an SD card etc.

    Thanks for bringing that email to attention. Hope it gets fixed.

    Well I got a response from Michael quite quickly. He replied with a request to send the logs.

    I've sent the logs now so hey. That email was a great way to bring it to their attention!
