10.2.1isnt out yet for sprint.. Sprint is still running 10.1 I want the original os I had before I leaked...
Then install BlackBerry Link (download from BlackBerry.com) and do a factory reset. The reset will "find" your correct official OS, and it will download it and write it on to the phone. It will do a security wipe first as I recall.

No just get the 10.2.1.1055 autoloader for your correct model. Run it. It'll overwrite whatever you've done. I hope you started all this by doing a full back up??

The autoloaders does it all. You don't need Sachesi, or any of that other stuff.

IF.. you want to install the official OS from your carrier (ie you've given up on putting on the leak), then install BlackBerry Link, cable your phone up to it via USB, and do a factory reset. Read the "Help" within Link on how to do the reset.
Im running leaked os... I want return back to 10.1 for sprint.. Blackberry link does not bring me back to original os.

If you want to revert to Sprint OS (not sure why, 10.1 belongs in a museum), then the best course of action is to get an autoloader for their OS and install it as you would a leak.

where can I find that? The only reason want to go back is because with every new leak I would have to wipe my phone and lose all my app data and history. I rather just wait for the official when i t comes.

If you back up your phone you can restore app data to a leak as well. Did you back up before installing the leak?

Official Sprint Q10 OS at the moment is 10.1.0.4828. I've got an autoloader saved.
