So I was trying to install .bar files from 10.2.0 on to my 10.1.0 Z10 and now when I try opening the 'Clock', 'Calendar', etc... applications they act as if they are going to open and then automatically close.
I tried restoring... still does it.
I did a Security Wipe to start from scratch... still does it.
    Any suggestions?

Wipe doesn't clear the OS and that is what you messed up..
You can use Link and reset the phone back to factory..
I assume you did a back up before you loaded the
bar installs. If so, you can then restore. Remember
a backup doesn't store the OS only the apps, settings
and some other data. You can then with Link install the official
OS from carrier via update.. Or download a
Leak from CB and it can be installed too with the autoloader
that is affixed to the Leak install.. Be sure to read the forum
of the Leak you choose to get all the insight.

You can't jump bar installs from 10.1 to 10.2 too many
changes have been done & going back is even riskier.
You can sometimes jump from 10.2.1.XXXX to 10.2.1.XXXX but
even then you always do a back up before
    trying.. Good luck..
