I too am having the "camera cannot be started" issue that I have seen plagues other users. My problem is none of the fixes I have seen have worked for me. Also, the sys.camera.bar files I have seen posted have all expired or been taken down. Can anyone help me by providing a bar file that will work with:

    Blackberry Passport SQW100-1
    10.3.2.2514 - Software Release
    10.3.2.2789 - OS

    Thanks in advance!

You can grab it from the Blitz file, from this thread. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...vices-1040903/

Or, just run the blitz and it will fill in any missing items.

    Hey Elessar,
Tried the camera bar here and it resulted in the same issue. Also can't get Sachesi to run on my mac so can't run the Blitz itself. Any chance you have access to an earlier camera.bar I could try?

thanks for your help in any case. Thanks for replying

I also tried some other blitz files, but they seemed to not be hosted anymore

Thanks a lot. They didn't work either though. I appreciate you trying anyway.

It sounds like you may need to back up the important stuff, run an autoloader, then restore as little as possible. The camera bar isn't the entire camera system. It's tied into the base OS itself. If you ran the autoloader, then checked the camera before restoring, that should confirm. I know it's a pin, but that may be the only way at this point.

I had this before once, not sure if it is same as yours, but mine said something like didn't have enough memory or something. IE too many things running in background, didn't make sense to me. I just rebooted phone and it worked

Hey Elessae and Eyeb, thanks for your replies,

I thought the same thing about restoring certain files, so I tried a fresh install and still no dice. Also wiped and reformatted the memory card
