    If you didn't make a backup before loading the autoloader, then there is nothing to be done: Start fresh.

    Are you saying that every time he turn off the phone it does this? Or are you saying on your first time turning it on since loading 10.3 it starts fresh?

    I had the same issue. Installed .1052, .1130, and. 1154 I tried different autoloaders, as well as different versions of 10.2.1 or 10.2.2 upgrading to 10.3 through Sachesi. I even made my own autoloader. I'm now back on 10.2.1.2228 because 10.3 won't save anything. It wipes on reboot.

    I'm glad to know it's not just me. Hopefully a solution presents itself. I'm surprised there aren't more experiencing the issue.

    Now to decide whether to go to AT&Ts latest 10.2.1 or go back to 10.2.2.

    I have upgraded my Z10 with autoloader and with Sachesi. Never had your problem if I understand it correctly. When you reboot, not after the autoload, but anytime, none of your settings stay? You always go back to the out of the box settings?

    Correct. None of the settings that weren't there before 10.3.

    If I set it up with 10.2.1 or 10.2.2, then accounts, fonts, background, even downloaded apps stay when upgraded to 10.3. Just everything changed after 10.3 wipes. Even newly downloaded apps. It has even wiped accounts created before 10.3 on one instance.

    When I use a 10.3 autoloader, nothing remains that's added. No settings. No background. No apps. It reboots every time as if I just installed 10.3.

    I'm starting to believe it's coded that way so we can't have a useable leak. I just can't figure why everyone isn't having the problem.

    Edit: And I've installed just about every version of OS 10. So, I'm experienced.

    I've been using 10.3 since .296 on my Q10 and haven't experienced this issue. I use the autoloader, the phone starts up, I go through the set up like its a new phone, then I'm fine after that.

    How are you installing your os? Do you restore?? I've installed almost every leak including 10.3 and am now on. 1154. Sounds a lot like how you are installing the os...

    Maybe try a SIC wipe and reinstall 10.3? Have you performed a security wipe after any of the installations? That could help too.

    Maybe a bad autoloader ? Try downloading a different version, or use blackberry link to go back to original settings and use sachesi again to update

    I recently upgraded my Z10 software from SR 10.2.2.932 to SR 10.3.0.738, using the method described in Sachesi Tutorial: How to install the latest OS as an Update. Since then, I have turned the phone off and then on several times and I have restarted the phone many times, all with no problem at all.

    hi. im having the same issue z30 -2 model. just wondering if you have tried any of the new dev leaks that are out?

    So, both of you having this problem:
    • Grab a 10.2.1 autoloader - any version for your device will do. This is just so you get your device working normally;
    • Install that and go through set up;
    • Grab an autoloader for either 10.3.1.938 or 10.3.1.1016 for your device;
    • Install that and go through set up;
    • (optional) restore your backup

    That's all I have. Best of luck!

    I have not encountered your particular issue on my phone. I have run OS 10.3.0.1154, 10.3.0.1418, and now 10.3.1.1016 on my Z10.
    Perhaps your installation method contributed to the anomalous condition. FYI, I used Sachesi on my PC to upgrade the firmware on my Z10 in all instances. That method may be the closest approximation of an OTA upgrade.

    I have a Z10 STL100-3 and I have installed number of leaks using the Autoloaders without any of this type of issue. Currently I am running leaked 10.3.1.938 and have turned my phone both off and restart on different occasions and have not had a problem with losing anything settings or apps. Good luck.
