Just sideload nova launcher and select the camera. Then select panorama. Works flawlessly. Here's the apk file:https://mega.co.nz/#!UlETAQxR!QXnWwD...jQnmxDQDU2nKKE
Convert it by whatever method suits you.

Note: May not work with locked runtime.

The android camera has worked for me using both locked and unlocked runtimes. I load the android camera via ghost commander.

This camera is just the default android camera included in the runtime. It is found in the"gallery" folder

You need to use an app such as ghost commander which allows you to view the programs located in the runtime. With ghost commander you can use the android camera, calculator, browser etc... but they are basic and certainly not the quality of the native BB apps.

You need to go to the home screen within ghost commander, click on applications, scroll down and click on gallery, then click on shortcuts then camera - MAIN and voila you are using the android camera.

click on the camera icon on the lower left to switch between panorama, video camera and regular camera. The pictures video created should be viewable in your native folders, but they may also duplicate in the android folders which can be accessed via ghost commander or file manager.

    Cool tip! Works great!

Is there any way to create a shortcut to the Android Camera App on the Z10's homescreen? It's a bit cumbersome to go through ghost commander.

I have not found a way, but it may be possible. And I only use it for curiosity anyway.

As a practical matter, if the camera is the only app you would use within ghost commander, it will automatically go back to the last app you were in (in ghost commander) so in essence it is something of a shortcut.

I open Nova, click launch with android, click on the camera icon, change to panorama. To see panoramas click Gallery...or look in internal memory, not sd card...
