Settings -- BlackBerry Protect -- Off entering your BBID and password.
Then finish it followed by a security wipe.
This is what I would do
I hope I am right and if I am not, somebody else will help u

1 - Go to protect.blackberry.com, delete your phone
2 - Disable Protect in the settings of your phone
    3 - Security wipe

    Ready to sell.

You can just run an autoloader.

    Wipe out the entire device...

No it won't. You have to sign out of BlackBerry Protect first.

Also, before you do a security wipe you should delete as many files and apps as possbile. If you have encryption enabled you might also want to disable before sw. I started a wipe yesterday on a q10 encrypted with sd and an unencrypted z30 without sd without removing or uninstalling...going on 16 and 14 hours now and still not finished.

From what I have read security wipe is a dod level writing on 1's & 0's seven times on each sector (not sure if that's accurate) but it takes a long time to complete!...if it ever does. I don't remember this taking so long in the past.
