You can sideload an older version of BlackBerry World. That's the easiest solution.

EH?!? Why all wrote about autoloader first?

First and right only for all people is "Reload device software" in settings menu of BlackBerry Link.
You got last official version BlackBerry OS10 on device.

No ..I tried it and it was catastrofic!(my Z10 was more or less frizzed !) the best way is through an autoleader and security wipe

I tried to downgrade from 10.3.2. to 10.3.1. thru Sachesi and my BB got bricked. So, I had to install autoloader of 10.3.1.

Running 10.3.2 since it was first leaked with no issues at all. In your case OP, find an older version of BlackBerry World and sideload.

I use 10.3.2 since the first day leaked and everything is fine. I used as a daily driver in my Q10 and redeem from BlackBerry World also works great. Do you try changing to an early bar of BBW and then install the right one once again?

on 10.3.2.281 all bars are made to work together. an older bar its not going to work properly by itself. you need to downgrade the bar, wait for a few hours and replace back with the proper one from 10.3.2. try also changing payment options bar in the same maner.

The very first beta build could do that.

After that, including any release build, downgrading to 10.3.1 is impossible.
