Works perfectly! Like others, the one note app doesn't work still. Big bummer and installation android works every three starts. Overall a drastic speed improvements and it is very smooth. Stellar job by the dev team.

9GAG doesnt work properly on any runtime including 10.3.0.700 for me. It hangs alot.

My Camera peripherals apps such as sony play memories and panasonic camera app still has the password loop problem.

The initialization of most android apps work better though.

    Differentiate or Die
Thought there is a native 9gag app anyway!

Too be honest I haven't "noticed" much has changed YET. But I'm thinking by the time the Passport is released and especially once the rest of us get 10.3.1... it should be better.

heating up... I did happen to get stuck at a doctors office the other day. He was out saving a life somewhere, so after reading a little I reloaded Candy Crush and played it for about fifteen minutes. Not sure if it's the graphics, of if Candy Crush is download all my contacts to emailing them. But for a game it does really use the battery up and make the device hot. But I've had native games do the same.
    Same experience with sane game

    Trouble in River City.....

I just used an autoloader to load 10.3.0.675

My Android apps are NOT loading. I just get a thin green line slowly and then nothing happens. I did use Link to restore my z10.

    Any help appreciated.

Someone was having that exact same issue in the original 10.3.0.1052 leak thread I believe, one easy fix is to not restore your 10.2 runtime as it impairs the 10.3 runtime, but I believe there was a workaround posted in it, should be between pg 70-84 but a search would be more reliable :P

This happens to me sometimes but not always.

It seems that this doesn't happen if

    1) Do a hard reboot by holding down volume keys (not power button) down until you get the blue loading circle

    2) give the phone time to finish settling after a reboot (e.g.: give it about 5 min after it boots to the lock screen).

    3) Make sure you launch a native app before you launch your first Android app

I haven't tested this extensively, so it may very well (likely) just be a coincidence, but the good news is that my Android apps are working great now after my last reboot.

I find it much faster and smoother and several apps that would crash and never run on. 296 now open and run smoothly- on Q10

Were you running 10.3.0.296 or 10.3.0.700/1052? Apparently .700+ is much faster than previous versions.

I was running whatever was part of this install. I did not make a hybrid.

First option helped me out to let my battery settle down. Does not know about the other two as I have not heard about it. But it is good to know that your problem has been solved.

I think they should add background notification as soon as possible otherwise people wouldn't appreciate it the same it should be.

Also, if possible more additions of native part such as a lot of apps asks for Facebook and Twitter etc to login or register, it should revoke native apps for that.

Also this way, game progress and other things get stored on those platforms.

Performance wise it is great and can be made more better when it is tested automatically for apps in Google play as well as amazon for startup time, any lags, scrolling pages, navigation etc. A lot of stuff is possible from backend and front end should not be needed.

But I would always prefer natives.

The upgrade definitely is a welcome sign. Apps that relied on Google Play Services and crashed on OS10.2 now runs perfectly. Loaded my favourite fishing game and it plays!!

My productivity level has dropped ever since loading OS10.3... My boss ain't happy but more importantly, I am!!

Apparently you need to use a slightly older version on this leak. I have heard that Instagram 6.2.x works.

There are some links to the older APK in the main '1052 for all devices' thread.

I'm certain this issue will be fixed on the official version though.

So we do not have to install Google Play Store in order to make some apps work? say Candy Crush?

It's not only that we don't have to.
It's actually the case that we can't, even if we want to.
    It just doesn't work.

No idea for candy crush, but a lot of apks can be installed directly.
Which in itself is a security issue though.
The Google Play Store is an added layer of security.

You can download Candy Crush from Snap or the Amazon store. Both work perfectly in 10.3.

I know ut doesn't work but you know in 10.2 we still have to download to run few apps. In 10.3 we might not require it.

Do we still have that empty black bottom bar present while playing games like fifa 14 even after hitting the hide bottom bar option?

    That's really weird.

I have not once, in the hundreds of Android apps and games I've installed, ever had a problem removing the "back bar".

I'm always been able to remove it with no issue.
