Before you install, you should read the disclaimer. 341 will never work as you want it. And even if you didn't read about 341, it's called developer beta for a reason

It would help if we had a country and carrier. Anyway, to make damn sure:
    1) Back up. Don't count on restoring.
    2) Take out your SIM card (and SD card, if you have one).
    3) Run a security wipe.
    4) Download a leak, I recommend .4651.
    5) Install said leak.
    6) Perform initial setup.
    7) Run another security wipe.
    8) Set it up again.
    9) Put in your SIM (and SD card).
    10) If you really want to, restore from backup. If restore is broken, que sera, sera.

I don't suggest restore from 341, it broke my 10.1 install twice.

Next time make sure you read it twice.if the leak is for your device. Stl 100-1 us kinda a unique device from the rest of z10

10.1.0.4651 has one for your stl100-1
    Just run the autoloader

A security wipe just resets whatever OS you have installed currently on the phone, it doesn't reload the original operating system the phone came with.
