    Hi everyone,

So after installing the 10.2.0.1047 leak I noticed that my STL003 doesn't recognize when it is plugged in to USB computer or wall.
Before the leak, Battery Guru would say whether my phone was plugged to Wall or USB, time to full charge, etc.. Now all it says is unplugged even if it is plugged in. While plugged in it still says time to empty (not time till full).
Its strange because the battery actually charges and I get the charge symbol on the top bar battery indicator. I am able to transfer files via USB.
Same situation with Neutron music player. I have options to set the screen to stay on if plugged to power and also to stop playing if unplugged. Neither functions work.

Not sure if related but the battery drains really fast if used and charges really slow.

Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix?

    Thanks in advance.

I have also had this problem with my Q10 (funny, my Z10 works just fine).

my Q10 will not accept or take a charge from:
    • a Computer (tried different ports, different cables)
    • 3rd arty charger
    • OEM charger
    • Playbook charger
    • Z10 spare battery bundle thingy

the battery indicator does not show a charge, all the battery and charge API's show no change.

That is, until i restart the device *with* a charger plugged in. Then things just seem to work fine. Occasionally, i'll restart the device with no changer plugged in. A few hours later when i plug the device in, it'll show a charger.

It's a known bug in Battery Guru.

Is the known Battery Guru bug with the 10.2 leak? because it was working fine before I installed the leak.
I'm also getting the same bug with Neutron music player.
Neither app will recognize when it's plugged in to power.

Battery Guru is not yet ready for 10.2 yet. This not a problem as the other information is fine.

Work around for the missing visual indication of the phone being plugged in is noticing the cord hanging out the side of the phone.

Note: I can't confirm nor deny if this work around will work with the STL 100-1 but the frist time I heard about looking for the cord was from Wo-wei so I bet it works.

I knew about that work around. It works, but won't tell u how long till the battery is full.

So I guess it's an app issue and not a leak OS issue?

Yep, not a leak caused problem.

But not a app problem in the sense that it was not built to run on leaked beta software.

I for one am more than understanding and waiting patiently for the update.

Yea, my phone is confused too. Evidently the os's battery apps thingies need some more work. I guess as long as I keep getting through the day and half the night on a charge I'm ok with some weirdness.
