I can't connect my Q10 to my pc because it doesn't recognize my device. I've tried anything, I'm running Q10SQN100-3/10.3.1.632 so the option to change from autodetect to mac or to pc isn't there anymore.

Does anyone knows a way to solve this and make the computer recognize it?

    Thanks!!

Is your phone getting recognised by the autoloader you have used?

I would reload the OS or security wipe it first and try again

No it isn't. I'm going to try that tomorrow, because when I just installed the os version I had it worked so I guess is something with an app.

    Thanks!

It worked after I installed blend, so I guess it was like updating the drivers.

I couldn't use link to restore my backup when I upgraded to 10.3.1.821 so I had to go back to 10.3.0.1418 on my Z10-3. I'm using link 1.2.4.23.

You need to download the newest version of Link. To do that, go to blackberry.com/blend. Download blend, then run setup. It will install a new version of Link that can "see" a device with 10.3.1.

Conite has given the answer, everyone. This is exactly what I did when 10.3.1.632 first came out some time ago. Nice and simple.

I already have that version and it wouldn't restore my backup. During the restore the progress bar on the phone just read 0% the whole time and when the one on link reached 100% the phone froze so I took out the battery and it just kept restarting over and over.
