    when I updated my z10 stl100-1 yesterday, it worked well. This morning , the BB did not work,so I restarted it, but it stuck in the"blackberry"LOGO. So I took off the battery,the put on again,but the BB still could not work,and show the picture like thisHelp!!! My z10 came across a severe problem. Was she dead?-imag0146.jpg

    I had reloaded many roms,like 10.2, 10.1, All did not work. I took off the battery ,then reloaded again, still not work. I used BB official web to update my device , but never work.
    How could I do? My bb is dead? Help

    try reload device software with BB Link, hope it works

    Try doing a factory reset. Sorry to see this happen to your phone.

    Open your BlackBerry Link, take out the battery out of your phone, connect your phone to the usb, put the battery back in the phone and turn it on. It should ask you to do a factory reset.

    Open your BlackBerry Link, take out the battery out of your phone, connect your phone to the usb, put the battery back in the phone and turn it on. It should ask you to do a factory reset.

    i think this is beyond a software problem...you might want to take this back and get another unit

    You will have to do some research online and maybe take your phone in to see what the problem is.
