You can, if you download a 10.0 version, but why do you want to do that? 10.1 is much smoother...

There are more threads on this topic, so yes you can, but be sure to download the OS though

If you have the 10.0 load, yes. Beware that eventually the BB servers will no longer have it, so I'd grab and save it if you think you might want it down the road.

You can revert to stock using BB Link - I did it on Tuesday after loading various leaks. Then re-installed 10.2.0.93 build onto a clean base.

All you need to do is turn your phone off and connect it to your computer with BB Link open. It will tell you it cannot connect to the phone and would you like to reload the stock OS. At this time this will put 10.0.9 on your phone but this will change when VZW releases a new OS.

You can also grab the OS debrick files from the BB server by using Sachup searching in Country Code 311 and Carrier code 480. With the debrick files you can use Sachup to make an autoloader.

Check out the thread below for more information on using Sachup:

You don?t want to take it back as a permanent OS, but it clears all the "clutter" of leaks or newer builds that you want to get rid of. It cleanses the device back to unboxing stage and you can start over. Some may disagree with me, but that is my opinion

Just use the reload button in the link software and then do a security wipe. Voila!

Okay- I've got a couple of questions- When Verizon gets around to updating the OS, will it update even though the version number is lower that the leak I've installed? If not, how can I workaround the Reload option in BB Link? It's not working for me - I've only received error messages when I try to reset the OS on my Z10. Thanks.

You will not see the update ota if you have a higher version on your phone.

What is the error message you are getting when trying to restore to stock via link?

Thanks for the response - The error is:

"An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your Internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists.."

I'm hardwired into the internet, though I've tried also on a wireless connection with the same result. I've been trying to rollback for over a week now with the same result.

It could be a firewall issue or an issue with Blackberry's server. Or it could just be a problem with your isp. Hard to pin it down.

You may want to go to the leaks page and just download one of the autoloaders earlier than 10.1.0.2xxx and run it. Then, an ota release of 10.1.0.2xxx would show up for ota download when released by your carrier. Good luck

My phone will not go back to 10.0 either using link. I have not tried plugging in with phone off? Wipes and reloads show only 2354

While plugged in and on BlackBerry link click on your device settings on link and select "remove device" the unplug your phone from your computer, shut down BlackBerry link on computer. Then plug your phone back into computer, restart BlackBerry link and it will re associate your device. From there you can select the restore device software (factory settings)

    Good luck

Something else to be wary of -- I went back from .2354 to a lower version and then did the Telus update to .2014. When I tried to restore my media and application data, Link said there was an incompatible software error.

Oops. I'm hoping all my contacts come through my email accounts...
