    If it can't be extracted then it is corrupted.... Since you can extract it, I believe there is something wrong at your end.

    1. you can always try what gearheadaddy said OR use SIC which is a wonderful program that cleans up your handheld system before loading a new OS.
    2. Make sure you have a clean PC/laptop as well as a good USB cable.
    3. Restart your PC/laptop before you load your OS. Just to make sure you have "clean" environment.
    4. Pray that everything goes allright

    Tried all of the above, SIC Multiwipe and autoload, still get the blinking lights. Very strange.

    Going to reformat my pc and start from scratch. Seems to be only autoloaders having an issue, as I can always revert back to 10.2.1.2141 via Internet Explorer :sadface: with BlackBerry OTW updates.

    clie610, please take this cookie as part of my thanks and appreciation. I have now been able to upgrade via autoloader method via the link you sent me. I still have no idea how or why none of my other autoloaders worked. Although this time I ran this one as an Administrator. (I did use admin before on others but they didn't work...)

    Give some instructions on how to do this verification please...
    Verify md5 if it's saying corrupt. Could be Internet issue.
