    Okay so here's the deal.

    Z10 - STL-2 - Was running 10.3.140

Updated to 10.2.1.3175 via non destructive Sachesi and upon completion it restarted and gave me flashing red LED's and the froze on the BlackBerry logo.

Unable to flash with other autoloaders, even though it was able to connect to bootrom and upload the flash image?

Still to no avail I had to resort to Internet Explorer and go on the BlackBerry website and do a check for updates and update otw. BB Link was also not showing my phone as connected.

Still downloading via BB device software, will update on how it goes.

Was/is it possible to downgrade via this method, or was I a complete tool and bricked the device??

Don't think you can do a nondestructive downgrade.

Was getting an error occured when updating OTW via BB Device Software - Rebooted my machine and tried again and managed to update to an earlier build of 10.2.1. Will try updating to 10.2.1.3175 again now.

    You can't do a non-destuctive from 10.3 to 10.2.1. Use the autoloader.

Performed a security wipe and loaded with the autoloader again. Still failed.

Going to go with what you said, and do a SIC wipe and load after work tonight.

It does everything how it normally should. When I retry to download 10.2.1.3175 and extract it, it is corrupted. Somehow I got one that wasn't corrupted, which is giving me all the issues I'm having now. When loading the 10.2.1.3175 autoloader, it has flashing green led, and completed the install and reboots. However when it does reboot, it shows nothing on the screen and has flashing red led's. Like morse code.

This is the only leaked OS that has not worked for me which is really strange.

Could you let me know if you've tried using SIC Wipe n Load or SIC Multiwipe, the first is where you need to split the autoloader file to signed files (radio and os) the later is only to wipe clean your device before loading OS using autoloader/bblink.

About the autoloader file, how did you extract it? using winzip or 7zip? sorry to ask you this because some of my friends mistakenly using winzip so that they can't extract the autoloader.

The last one is what type of blinks that you got? blink twice stop blink twice or different blinks? As far as I read through your posts, it seems more the problem to the autoloader or the way to extract it.

You are welcome to discuss this and SIC in our thread it's in my signature if you wanted to.

No I didn't, that's probably the reason with the corrupted files. With the one that wasn't, I moved the file to my drive and downloaded as a rar. Which would make sense. I used WinRAR to extract.

The blinks were random, but all were red.
I tried upgrade via sachesi after I downgraded to 10.2.1.2102, and also tried the sachesi wipe, and then installed via autoloader. All failed.

I will extract via 7zip tonight and see what happens

Tried extracting with 7z, still saying the two downloads of the autoloader I have are corrupt. Downloading via Firefox now to see if that makes a difference. Will try the autoloader and if not, split it using sachesi.

Good luck bro. I loaded 10.2.1.3175 on my Z10 today (STL100-3) and it took a while to load, rebooted three times one after the other, I was scared I bricked it. I used 7zip too, maybe something on your computer is causing the mishap. You have blackberry device manager installed right? If not your pc won't recognise your phone

Try to reinstall 10.3 to have the phone boot up again, then use 10.2.1 autoloader.

Like clie was saying, use the SIC tool. It was made by God all jokes aside - You can use wipe and load, and choose it to not load the OS and then try to run the autoloader. Hopefully this fixes your situation. Good luck!

    Disconnect phone from computer.
    Pull your battery out.
    Start autoloader.
Wait to see "connecting to bootrom".
    Connect phone.
When autoloader is finished replace the battery.
