Found this interesting package when sniffing around. When you run it, it launches as another type of browser ...cool! Seems to be a built in Android 4.2.2 Browser. Wish I could figure out how to create an icon for it.

You could "sideload" it too if you want. You'd essentially end up with an icon for the same thing. You used to be able to access it with android apps but BB now integrates android runtime back into the BB10 browser

Thanks for this. Apparently Google drive is not playing nice with the BB10 browser.

But when I use the 4.2.2 runtime browser, I am able to do more with Google drive then just view in html.

Oh, and Google maps with this browser is not too shabby either

It's a Google thing, which is why it doesn't work well with WP and BB10.

    -open up BlackBerry World app
-search for "ghost commander" and download it, it's free
-open Ghost Commander app, it will probably default to the directory "/mnt/sdcard"
-click on the 3 vertical dots on the bottom right corner, a menu will appear
-click on "location" and choose "Home"
    -click "Applications"
-long press on "Browser: com.android.browser" until a pop-up menu appears
    -choose: Launch "Browser"

Oh, I know the reason why Just pointing out that we have a way of making it work now.

BTW: It's just not google, It's other sites too. Sites are used to seeing android or iphone as the browser description. But when they see BlackBerry as the description of the browser, it thinks of legacy BBOS and display an even more watered down version of it's mobile sites. Very annoying.

    That browser is wicked.

I'd use it as my main browser if a way to create a shortcut to it could be made.

Are you for real? Android browser sucks compared to the native browser in BB10, and that's not even an opinion, it's a fact. Smells like troll in here...
