The device monitor app now scales properly with low font size, which I tremendously appreciate. Can't wait until it spreads across the entire OS.

How did you get the black background in device monitor? Is it any app or something in the settings??

I've had this for about 8 hours now and I'm pleasantly surprised by how cool it's running. It used to heat up like crazy while playing MK on PPSSPP but now it doesn't.

If you used cobalt then you have to delete and install latest google play store file and it will work just fine.

    STL1 issues are still present.

    1. Proximity & Light Sensors
    2. Flat Shadows
    3. Horizontal transparent thin line on Quick Settings
Thanks for mentioning the flat shadows. Finally. I've mainly noticed that in the CB10 app of all places. On Z10 STL100-1.

As you've said, I had to delete and reinstall and not simply update over existing apps.

    Thanks a lot

Am I missing some thing, I updated using sachesi, debrick file, radio

    Posted via CB10
You forgot the 62 new apps (depending on what you are coming from). You have to extract them from the debrick file first and then drag them over to Sachesi. (extract and drag them all over - only the new ones will be installed)

If you do a non-destructive update, there is no difference between dragging the debrick or the core to Sachesi - only the core will be installed. The only thing we use the debrick for is to either build an autoloader, or to extract the apps for a non-destructive update.

For everyone else, here is the summary of the the non-destructive procedure from the beginning:

-Download debrick file, core OS, radio (all for your specific device type)
-unzip debrick file and use sachesi to extract the apps from it
-move core OS and radio file into the same directory Sachesi just created for all the apps
    -drag that folder into Sachesi
-phone will be rebooted automatically when done

Or in this instance, simply use the Carrier Codes that are freely available and let Sachesi work it's magic to download all the necessary files for your specific device.

That's true. I had the updated apps from 2480 already. Depends on what you're coming from.

If anyone loads this on a VZW Z30, did it break VVM?
Yes it did. I did a non destructive upgrade; didn't use an autoloader. No vvm. Had to install file/restore settings.

Gotta say, I'm very happy with this update.
Audio is much improved, no crackling when changing volume, notifications volume is much better now.
The camera is faster to focus, wi-fi signal and speed slightly better.
Had issue where the phone app would take 200+mb of ram in 2267, now it't been sitting at around 52mb since the update.

"Toggle Notifications" keyboard shortcut still only toggles between normal and silent... I guess we keep waiting. How hard can that be to fix? It didn't seem to be that hard for the "inferior" legacy devices to get right...
You can add more options in the quick settings under notifications. It's a totally different option now so you can have as many options as you want.

Android Wear now allows you to access pairing screen without even patching it. Before it would throw an error on launch and not let you continue.

This is a freshly downloaded .apk install, no lucky patcher. Don't have a watch to actually pair, will try on a friends.
