Depends on how you loaded. If just the OS bar a day or two should settle. Reboots help too..
Regardless of how you update the main OS bar it will take a few days to settle in. Full autoloader with wipes
could be a week or two (also depending on network and other operation use). Updates just take time before
they relax. I always do 2 to 3 reboots over 3 to 4 days. Seems to cut that time back.

I noticed something interesting, even after loading 3247 os my SR still said 2947. I figured I would give the 3140 radio a shot again and loaded it up, now my SR is 2977. Never had that happen before when not loading the accompanying radio. Let's see if this radio is worth keeping now. My battery life seems worse than 3175, with the 2274 radio. That combo would give me 16 hours of heavy use, Youtube phone txt, cb, browsing. And still have 30-40% left at the end of the night. Now I'm getting closer to only 20% left at the end of the night with the same usage.

whats the different between those two files?
With a debrick OS file (in which all .bar apps as well as core OS are included) you can DE-brick a bricked device. (You may create an autoloader by combining a debrick OS file and a radio file.) You can install a debrick OS file and a radio file with the CFP.exe command-line programmer as follows.

    C:\BlackBerry> cfp.exe -u load m5730-10.2.1.3140-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar winchester.factory_sfi.desktop-10.2.1.3247-nto+armle-v7+signed

    ----------

    C:\BlackBerry> cfp.exe help load

    RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Programmer Version 3.10.0.47 (Win32) [Oct 31 2013 10:38:28]
Copyright 2012 Research In Motion Limited

    LOAD Usage
    ==========
    LOAD [-P] [-F] [-Q] [-NC] <file1> [file2] [-v]

    Where:
    ------
-P specifies that existing UMP files on the device should be preserved when loading additional UMP files. However, if a file being loaded has the same name as an existing file, then it will still replace the existing file.

-F Force loading QNX OS regardless of device OS block list

-Q load QCFM archive into alternative QNX OS Region

-NC Corrupt alternative QNX OS Region

<file1> is a valid, supported binary or an SFI file

-V Verify CRC between device and file after loading

    Description:
    ------------
The LOAD command loads the specified file(s) onto a device.
If the new OS is larger than the the OS currently on a device, the entire device will be erased and the contents of the file system will be lost.
If loading a new FS image any old data on the device is lost.
There must be a valid OS on the device.

    Examples:
    ---------
The following command will load a firmware onto a device: CFP LOAD gsm.bin

As noted in my post above, I used Sachesi to update my Z10 STL 100-3 to 10.2.1.3247. I installed over 10.2.1.3175. This was a non-distructive install so I did not need to do a reload of data through Link. Anything needing replacement was reloaded through Blackberry World or Snap. What I noticed was an immediate increase in use of battery power that was well above normal for my phone. Oddly, the Device Manager showed my Hub chewing 16 percent of my power usage! I tried multiple hard resets and allowed the phone to settle over several days. No improvement. Did a security wipe after the install, by the way, which is part of my normal routine. So, .... Did a reload of the O.S. with the autoloader file and then another security wipe. What a difference! No more power drain beyond what is normal for my phone which is one to one and one half percent per hour in idol mode and the hub now shows power use at .01 percent verses 16 percent! Bottom line, non-destructive updates are very hit and miss. If they are bad, they can be really bad. Don't panic. Use an autoloader and reload data by hand. Results are radically different! I hope this helps those that experience similar problems.

Does anyone noticed that the latest android runtime 10.2.1.155 came with OS 10.2.1.3247 has few bug as below:
    1. "Send with return key function" is not working in most android apps such LINE 4.4.1 (for Q10 model)
    2. Not able to switch language during the search, password in-put (in android apps)
Personally, I could not see any improvement from latest runtime 155, what the hex
Sideload 10.2.1.144 from OS 10.2.1.2947 will fix above mentioned issues

As you can see My battery life is horrible... nearly switching batteries twice daily.

What a luck I've got 3 of them and a charging bundle! I can't imagine how ugly this is without spare batteries!

    Anyone else experiencing this?

Get the back up pro of BBW and back your stuff up to sd card or cloud. And use a autoloader I never have that issue and I've loaded quite a few.

You would have to use the Z30 and then use a radio from thurask radio archive for your Z10 probably the 3140 radio

You can grab stl 100-3 via Sachesi - Country Code 302 (Canada) Carrier Code 720 Rogers and grab the full debrick or just the core OS (which is what I would do if I wanted to go back to 10.2.1)
