Bes12 is something like $24 a year per device. Try it and see if works for you
Consumers can sign up for BES 12 for their personal device?

Been in touch with a few people on the 10.3.2 Beta OS and not everyone is unable to turn Traffic Data Collection off and have it stay off.

Those who can turn it off and make it stay off do not seem to be having the Location Services battery drain issue.

Maybe a bad install for some ?
Maybe is John Chen trying to locate all the leakers, and leak users. Remember NO MORE LEAKS

So, 24 hours after turning it back ON, location services are back on top of the battery consumers as attached. I had to turn it off again. Not a big deal, enjoying it anyhow!

Still behaving here, over 2 days since I turned it back on.

It's a strange one for sure.

Ok, you got my attention now:

I did not know an individual could sign up for this, so I never researched it really good. I know this might be hijacking the thread, but I have two questions:
What would be the advantage for me as an individual to sign up?
How does it work, meaning how is it controlled?

Something I just noticed. Wouldn't really consider it a fix but you can't play audio while recording a video anymore. For example on snapchat if I start recording a video the song I'm playing pauses.....well it actually doesn't "pause" because once I stop recording it doesn't continue where it left off but like a few seconds forward. It's as if it's still playing in the background but you just can't hear it. I don't like this at all

Talking about version from Blackberry World: Once you start pop up appears, as attached. But this is the case in every 10.3.X. After pressing OK it behaves normally, no interruptions, last few streams were about 2 to 3 hours, no problems. Don't know about sidedloaded (Android) versions.

Turned on location services and it's still misbehaving. Finding and Fixes: BlackBerry 10.3.2.281 Edition-img_20150405_232050.png

But I have a very good battery life with OS when location services is turned off. I normally get less than 11hrs with a full charge. Now I can manage over 15hrs.

Talking about this, just checked the battery graph again and realised that Location services were consuming my battery, despite being OFF since Wednesday!? No other person used my phone, and I had it OFF for the reason (we are talking about)! How come? Anybody willing to guess?

My graph on 10.3.1.2708 looks like your graph .. with GPS set OFF. This is not 10.3.2 new thing...

    Thanks, filanto !!

I know that there had been some companies that host BES...but I didn't know that an individual could get it.

The hosting company name and URL would be very helpful, and the cost of hosting your email -- which I expect may be required for them to provide BES to an individual.

I'm just happy OTG is working again on my Z30 with 2.281. I lost the ability to use OTG with my Garmin for all the 10.3.1 releases on Z30. Passport never stopped working.
