    Hi There,

I've gone through basically every one of the leaks as you have stated apart from this latest leak.

I'm currently on 2726 and can vouche it's better than the previous ones.

In terms of battery life I can literally stay on for an entire day with moderate usage which includes, emails, text, bbm, Whatsapp, WiFi and 3g, Internet browser and videos.

Having said that, android apps works well and in terms of performance, it's reduced quite heavily from the previous builds meaning it's a lot faster.

    Greetings to you,

Thanks very much for your input and comments - much appreciated, and glad to hear you are having a positive experience. I think I will give this one a try.

Could I ask if you also remember noticing improved carrier signal performance after going up to 2708? My phone has never been all that good, but after upgrading to 2708, it happily locked on to a 4G signal (albeit a little weak) in the area where I live, where previously I was lucky to get a consistent 2G signal.

On 2708, with light use, 72 hours on a charge is no problem at all for my battery.

    Anyway, thanks again.

    Kind regards to you.

Hi, the carrier signal on mine was a bit of hit and miss. The 2708 which I could re-call had drop outs a few times and signal was not as great. With the current version I have right now, majority of the time I have full bars, so I'm quite happy with that. 3G and 4G speeds are back to normal (it's faster).

Having said that, all my upgrades had been autoloaders (without secure wipe), haven't had "major" issues that other people were experiencing. You may want to give this version a shot as, from my experience, would be benefit you from ironing the minor bugs that you maybe experiencing with 2708.

As default the battery life takes a few days to recognise how well the battery can run at optimal level as our BlackBerry devices tries to index every thing. Oh and, regarding with my battery life, I just wanted to add have been running with 100% brightness from 6AM (work) till 10PM (bed time) and I still get up to 26% left of battery.

A question for who will install this leaked: does it fix the issue with personalized sound alarms?
With the other 10.3.1.xxxx, if you use for Whatsapp, BBM or Sms a mp3 file of 10,15,20 seconds, the alarms are cut after only 2/3 seconds.
Anyone can try with this leaked?
    Thanks.

Ok, great, thanks - I think that decides it for me. I'm going to load 2744.

Typically, if I'm doing a small OS jump, I do it non-destructively, either with Blitz or Sachesi method. If I'm doing a big jump, I will autoload. I haven't had any of the "major" issues reported by others. In fact the only bug I can really find is the calendar "time-travel" bug. Previously I also had contacts sharing issues, which I managed to sort out, but someone on 2726 reported a much-improved experience with the contacts app, so it seems BB have given the contacts app a much-needed overhaul in the two most recent builds.

That is pretty impressive battery life, especially on 100% brightness.

I usually give the device a few days to settle after an upgrade, before I start forming opinions on battery life.

Anyone on a Z30 who has progressed through 2582-2708-2726 to 2744? Would you be kind enough to comment on your experience with the radio (specifically carrier and wifi signal performance)?

I'm on 2708 and noticed a marked improvement in carrier signal reception after upgrading, so am inclined to stay where I am, unless there is compelling reason to move on further without losing my present good radio performance.

    Many thanks.
I'm on .2726 Z30 WiFi has been rock solid and call quality although a little flakey at first is now very HD clear. Very pleased with this build.

    Hello party people,

I know it's a little early but it hurts nobody be asking.

Should I install this one or not?

It's a small update number wise, you could do a blitz, it's none destructive and will be quick. Or just grab core, radio and updated apps.

Each version was an improvement in mobile connection for me(Wind, Canada)
However Mobile connection still dies few times a week on 2708.

It is too early to tell for 2744

    Hello everyone,

    Quick question.
Do you normally take the sim card out before updating with autoloader ?

No need for that. But it also doesn't affect anything if you take it out.

    Keep Calm and Berry On..........

Installed just fine using Sachesi. Running great so far.
Thanks to the OP who made these files available.
On a side note, as a (now ex) user of many Android phones, and have rooted all I have to express how remarkable Sachesi is in updating BB phones. There really isn't any reason not to update with such a easy method available.

Updated both of our phones (Classic and Q5) to OS 10.3.1.2744 this morning following my usual procedure (security wipe followed by autoloader), this release runs excellent and I have no issues to report.

It's because the most have installed the 10.3.2.500 beta.

That is correct, you'll still need to update BBM through BlackBerry World after loading this release.

    Hello,

    Have encountered a small issue.
When I'm trying to update via autoloader it doesn't get past mounting RAM image. It reaches 100% and then nothing happens.
This has never happened to me. Could it be something to do with the w7 plug-in not working well? I recently reinstalled link. I know you don't need link to be open for the autoloader to work but you do need the plug-in to be able to connect properly with the device.

    Any ideas?

Hi, sounds like a device driver issue. Try removing and reinstalling the driver. It is packaged together with Link and Blend, in a single download from BlackBerry website.
