I'm unable to add Facebook account. It simply isn't there. Dose anyone else have such problem?

Really? I was able to do it. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Or maybe opening the app and see if the log in screen appears there.

I tried reinstalling Facebook couple of times, but it didn't help. When I try to log in, it transfers me to add about section in settings, and it endlessly loads.

Had the same thing, just opened the Facebook app and logged in from there once that was done Facebook popped up on the accounts page.

I would do that but it does this and takes me to that endless loading account screen.

Don't know what the issue could be. I was having trouble with whatsapp with the latest update, half my contacts wouldn't show. Removed it, restarted the phone and reinstalled. That fixed it for me. Have u tried that with Facebook ??

Disregard that last msg, whatsapp contacts disappeared again. Something weird is going on with the sync, contacts come and go as they please, some even disappeared from Gmail.

Try a hard reset,
Hold the up and down volume buttons pressed until restart!

Did you restore from a 10.1 backup? If so, you will need to do a security wipe and start from scratch in 10.2

You can definitely try different combinations of partial backups if you wish; it will not hurt anything. I personally see no reason a restore of the media would affect the Facebook app, so go for it. If it doesn't work, then you'll have to resort to a fresh start from 10.2

I never tried a partial restore, but I did try deleting FB before my backup and when I restored from it, it did not work.

Btw, my Z10 version is STL100-4 so it may be different on other versions.

Also, if you sync with BlackBerry Link, then you should be able to save most of your media if the restores don't work for you.

No issues with Facebook on my upgrade to 10.2.0.1725
The only issue I had was with the CBC app, it wouldn't start, so I reinstalled the app and All is good now.
