Is there a Web based unlock code generator that works with 10.2 so I can get in and disable LTE? The one I had used seems to not recognize 10.2.

If you are running higher than 10.2.0.1047 I believe this is your problem:
Alt key doesn't activate on the "welcome" screen so you can't type numbers in. If you don't see the blue sign on the top right corner that's it.

    Here is a solution:
Save the http://escreens as a bookmark in the browser. Restart the phone, DON'T touch the keyboard, go to browser, select the bookmark you created earlier. Start typing your code with the keyboard (I would pick one that is active for 30 days) and the Alt blue icon should appear on the top right as you press the Alt key.

    Good luck.

I just did something odd today. I downgraded to the official 10.2 OS from 10.2.1... and after side loading some apps as I like to do. I noticed the sys file for Escreen. (using the chrome side loading app) so I go ahead and press launch. Lo and behold I didn't even have to use the code generator to make a code. It just fired up right into the screen of options. Lasted about 8 hours. As I just tried now from the browser and didn't work(was working from the browser earlier). Someone else try it. See if it works.
