Yup. Opened up Whatsapp, copied it from there and tried it in a text and it worked flawlessly.

About time.... so I guess I'll have to start back using auto text for the cool frequently used emojis.

Hopefully we'll see them implemented in to the keyboard eventually.

I don't know much about emojis..
But aren't those emojis when you open a fb conversation from the hub?

Why can't BlackBerry include access to that emoji kb elsewhere, aren't the majority of the most used ones on the "Facebook hub" keyboard?

Yeah there are several apps that include them now. I know WhatsApp, Facebook and the beta of Twittly all have them in the app. If we could get them for at least texting that would be awesome.

Really all they would have to do is add "emoji keyboard" to the overflow menu

Really, all they need now is incoming emoji to work in the native SMS app.

So I'm running 10.3.0.1055 on my spare Z10 and I'm loving it. If emojis work in all apps I'm going to load it on my Z30 as my daily driver

This thread was not clear to me. It seemed to be regarding whatsapp which could be mistaken for a text app. I was the first to use the term 'SMS'
But yeah, I have 10.3 now and understand what has not been said here.

Generally speaking on 10.3, an iphone can access the following page and display all emoji while 10.3 doesn't display any
    Emoji

Wouldn't have anything to do with the GreaseMonkey requirement explicitly stated on that page?
