Is there any way to download an updated OS to my Q10 without using a desktop? Any links? I have T-Mobile and the last update was OS 10.2.1.2156. The OS Version I currently have is 10.2.1.2228. I remember I downloaded this version right from my device. I'm not too familiar with the process so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Unless your carrier pushes a newer OS update to your phone you cannot download any other OS OTA without a computer

That only gives you the latest OS that your carrier has pushed. It's not always the latest blackberry have released.

@Craig Abernethy, Exactly. I had downloaded OS 10.2.1.2228 through a link. T-Mobile only offered OS 10.2.1.2156. I would like to know if there is a newer version I can download to my Q10 without needing a desktop.

As Usman stated. The OTA update is the ONLY option available. If they have a newer version available it will be displayed, if not then there is no updates available.

I would go ahead and download sachesi and install it on your computer. I just updated my z10 to 2977 with it and it was painless.

I wouldn't expect t mobile to push any further updates for blackberry.
