They probably should decrease the time it takes to hold down the camera button from the lock screen.

Yup even I find it slower to open than unlocking and touching the app icon!
IPhone is better in this regard! The only way it's better than my BlackBerry :P

Not sure why you think it takes so long. Takes about 3 seconds to open with a long press, which makes sense so you don't accidentally open it.

    This.

I hit the camera icon on the home screen all the time... quite annoying and I don't have that big of hands!

Missed a few before hitting the post button:

A button to click pictures. Could be the volume +/- or the middle one.

Need more control of the music player when using the head phone, not just the pause and play. Changing tracks back and forward could be added.

Calculator cannot be rotated to landscape mode.

I always felt the need to be faster.
It would also be great if BlackBerry comes with a button to engage the shutter.

Better yet, let this be an option to set the "press time" for the lock screen camera.

The lock screen shortcut it just too slow except when the phone is locked. Still makes me miss some things waiting on it to open.

I agree 100%! If you are in the Game Reserve and want to snap a quick photo of something that an animal is doing before it stops, you have to wait for it to open and by the time it has opened and the camera has loaded, the picture you wanted to take is gone!

    THIS!

This debate will probably never end. Some say 3 seconds is perfect while others think it is too long. There's really no right or wrong so giving users the option to set how long it should be would satisfy everyone. I think we would all agree to this no matter what your opinion is.

I never realised it. It indeed works. Thank you so much. Is this new to this leak or was it available on the old ones? It never worked on the older ones.

I posted on the wrong thread. Then I tried to copy paste it to the right one. When I tried to delete this one, I was getting errors. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I'd find it cool if we could pull the cam icon from right to left to activate the camera.
I'm OK with how it currently is, but pulling it from one side to the other would be nice.
