    What have you tried? You say you don't want to reboot, but that is probably the best way. Have you closed apps? Seriously, what have you tried so far?

    Also, what are you trying to do when you get this error message?

    How about a screen of your device memory, so we have a clue what to suggest? Model and OS version might be helpful too.

    You may have a large temp file from one of your apps. I don't thing you can see these with the stock file browser. Try the app Ghost Commander, but be aware you can delete needed files by mistake.

    The other solution is to reload the OS and not restore from a backup.

    There is no sense posting any more advice, since the OP is unwilling to respond and give any real information regarding the actual issue and what they are doing when they get the error. I am sure at this point it has been resolved, or they gave up and rebooted the device.

    Delete apps, transfer pictures/videos to computer, reinstall OS and don't restore. There are many things that you can do to fix the problem.
