Hi,Everybody I just had a few questions about all the Leaked OS news and about Putting them on your device

So firstly,Im using a Mac and so is my whole family and we dont have any access to Windows computers
So is there a way to put these on your device Via Mac?

My second question is that can we update to an official one from the leaked one?

And my last Question is that can a Leaked OS cause any damage to my Device?

    Im using a Z10

I can't answer the first question but as for the rest:

Yes you can update to an official OS version if you're running on a leak as long as the official version is higher than the leak.

Although the developers always clearly state that it is at your own risk to download the leak i have very rarely noticed or read that a leak damaged a device. To be safe once a leak is out wait for a day and check the comments on the forum before you download

You need a windows OS to install a leak

All us Mac users are looking for that solution. Not available just yet. Maybe one day...

There is no way to do it without running a Windows XP or later OS. It also doesn't work as a virtual machine, but needs to be actually booted in Windows, which I assume bootcamp does. I use VMware Fusion on my Mac for the odd windows program, but it will not work for updating the BB10 phones, just the older phones.

I use an old laptop we had around the house for the load process and Link on the Mac for the backup and restore.
