Will there be an ability to set an alarm for every so many minutes/hours, etc? I used to rely on my Android phone w/multiple alarms to help me remember to take my meds. That was extremely helpful and I would like to see that functionality.

Two thoughts here: couldn't you set recurring appointments in Calendar? I know it's kind of a clunky work-around, but I've done that before. Also, I know there's an app called PillPad in BlackBerry World that (I think) includes a reminder function.

I always thought setting alarms from the calendar from within the calendar was a hack b/c they couldn't implement multiple alarms in the BBOS Clock app.

Regatdless, alarms do appear in the Calendar app is that helps any.
Yep they do indeed show up there, though their labels don't show up ( they just say "alarm"). Maybe a future release will fix that. Things are improving in the right direction and I'm looking forward to what comes next!

So if they show up in the calendar, are you able to edit them from the calendar and make them reoccuring?

You can't edit alarms directly from the calendar, same as with the non-10.2 clock. When you click on any alarms in the calendar it opens the clock app, then you click the Alarm List button for any changes.

Hi - regarding the BBM Channels Beta: Anyone running a Q10 or Z10 can get it for free/legally by just using your BBM ID on the BlackBerry Beta Zone website. https://beta.webapps.blackberry.com/...act=index&item= Soon there will be FaceBook and Twitter for OS 10.x as well. Good place to get to know .

    Cheers!
Why is this BBM Channels query appearing in this thread?

There is a bug in this app related to snooze -- if you snooze by tapping the screen when the clock is in bedside mode, the second time the alarm rings the "alarming" screen does not come up and thus the only way to cancel the alarm is with the center side button -- which doesn't cancel it, but snoozes again.

The THIRD time, assuming you're on the main screen or the phone is sleeping, will bring up the usual "normal mode" notification which you can dismiss.
I experienced that too! Anyway to revert back to original bar?

For people using these extra alarms as a task reminder, it would be nice if they added the alarm name to the alert in the pop up when the alarm goes off.

I've updated OP with these links to older versions.

If you wish to revert to old versions, 2354 can be found here.

Just to be safe........I can sideload this like a radio file over any 10.1. I'm running .2009 right now.

Will it work on my Z10 Stl-3?

Yep. Just sideload the BAR file from one of the 10.1 OS loads grabbed with Sachup. I reloaded the one from 2354 and went back to the old clock.

Note that the beta load dropped today appears to not have the clock in it AT ALL (I was hoping it would and that it would be fixed -- it's not in there as far as I can tell.)

10.2.0.228 does have a newer clock in it though. There are significant changes over the original one from 10.2.0.93
