Hey I've had 10.2.1.1055 installed for 2 days and it's taken me near enough 3hrs to charge my phone to 57% I've tried to limit what I use on it.

So is anyone else finding this and If not does it just need to settle as it is a new os on the phone?

Thanks for the help in advance

Has this resolved itself? Charging now?

You could check here and see if there is a fix: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...-fixes-873158/

Try shutting the phone off and taking the battery out for 20-30 minutes.

In my experience, the usual reason for that is some battery-consuming process that is "stuck". Top 2 most common ones: an Android app still running in the background, or a GPS app that didn't turn off the GPS radio when it exited.

Usually a reboot will fix either of those 2 things.

I reboot my Z10 several times a day. There are a number of times I've caught an Andorid app still running in Device Monitor with no other signs that it is running.

Yes, because Android apps have always been able to run in the background on BB10, whereas we are only beginning to get that capability with native apps and it will be far better controlled than the relatively uncontrolled Android situation. (app developers have to prove that their long-term running apps are not resource hogs or have security issues before they get approval to offer them on BlackBerry World)

I have this too, I noticed this evening that plugged onto the computer it wasn't charging enough to charge and play minion rush! Started at 23% and ended at 19% whilst still plugged in! Used the Proper charger that came with it and plugged the usb into it and charged it quickly! Was upto 60% in an hour!

I found a couple times it seemed to be charging real slow but when I unplugged the charger the battery shot up to full.
