    Ok, so I've searched the forums, and haven't found any answers. I loaded .3175 on my Z30 the other day then reloaded my backup. Had some problems with IGrann. So I deleted the app, went to AppWorld and it says I still have the app. Because of that I cant download it. I've reset the phone several times, but no change. Any ideas??

    Go into your installed list of apps, long press the app, and side menu should pop up with delete/garbage can at bottom. Try that.

    I'd suggest doing a reboot, the going to Device Monitor > Storage tab to see if it's still showing. If so, delete from there. You can also "refresh" BB World to see if that helps.

    Thanks to both of you. But I've tried both methods. Nothing...I really don't want to do a wipe, however it's looking more and more like the only solution...ugh

    it doesn't show in device monitor. only appworld. Im stumped!

    From your PC login to BlackBerry World using the same BlackBerry ID on your phone.
    Do a search for Igran and hit install. The App will be sent to your phone instantly and it will get reinstalled.

    Have you tried going to BB World from PC, logging in and checking your installed apps from there? I'm mobile right now, but there may be an option to uninstall from that interface. (It's been a long time since I logged into BB World on PC, so I could be mistaken.)

    Of course when I try to log in to appworld on my pc, it says there's an internal error and nothing happens lol. Crazy? Not my day.

    I just had someone else tell me they're having a problem with BB World this morning. Since you've had the problem on device and PC, it may be that the issue is at the BB World end. I'd hold off a couple of hours, then try again.
