This was mentioned numerous times in the leak thread.
People should research what they will be loading onto their phone before doing it

The ops of those threads need to update the first post with tips, tricks, and Q&A so people might actually read them. When I go into a thread with 1500 responses I am sure I will find my answer, others may see it as "holy f this, I am just gonna ask."

While I do agree with you that it might help unfortunately history had shown with the BerryLeaks team that people still don't read the OP. I always read the whole thread before posting (even if it's 70 pages).

The first post should always be updated as the thread evolves though

Maybe you are right. But if you really can not be bothered to read a thread when it's to do with leaked OS, which is kind of crucial for the phone, then you shouldn't really be dabbling with them.
Also the snap thread shows people simply do not read the op

Always read the thread no matter how long it is. You have to be truly patient on this. After all, this is what you will load into your device, so you need to have as much information as possible. If your issue is somewhat hasn't been brought upon yet, then that's the right time to ask. As for me, by reading the whole thread, you'll encounter some question that's been asked and answered more than a dozen times. That's quite annoying, isn't it? Some people are simply too spoiled, they wanted everything to be spoon-fed.

The OP did the right thing... opened up a NEW thread asking for the topic he couldn't find. Some of those threads are ridiciously long and filled with "firsts" and crap like that and there is absolutely NO POINT in scrolling through 86 pages of crap to find the nugget if Search can't find it. As for having to read 70 odd pages of garbage posts to install a leak, give me a break. The one thing that the leak teams did that was good was to put susinct instructions and bugs/features in the first post. Having to read 30 pages of "downloading it now!" is just silly.

His answer is in the first post and is actually the first link! As redchilli88 just posted above. The problem is some people don't even read the OP or the first page. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Just loaded .1925. Might sideload the old clock at some point, but I actually prefer the stock clock so just keeping the os (fairly) stock for now.

For those of us not fluent in how to sideload just the clock (namely me), can someone direct me to the directions on how to do this. I loaded 1925 but must have done so before the Porsche clock was included as I don't have it and would like to add it back without reloading the entire OS software and rebuilding my phone.

    Thanks in advance.

Grab the Porsche design clock from one of the threads(I think Darcy found it originally, but now i think it is all over the forums) put your device in development mode open up google chrome open up playbook app manager once loged in click on install apps browse for the bar file you downloaded and click on that. it will load it and vuala your done.

Fyi, sachesi is much more convenient and works without putting device in developer mode.

I haven't been able to figure that out, so I didn't suggest it as I would not know what I was talking about. I have had great success with DBBT though but don't know if this person has it.
