5 days call log for me since I upgraded to 10.3.1.1565 on Z10 STL100-2. I've read ots of posts on various forums but no solutions. Contacted Blackberry Help on Twitter and they recommenced I contact my service provider. Nobody seems to be able to help or care about this issue. This is so frustrating. This is my 4th Blackberry device. I love their products and had planned to stay a loyal customer. But an adequate history of Calls made, missed and received have been a basic feature of all phones I have owned since I bought my first Nokia in 1997. I hope Blackberry or some tech genius in Crackberry can help me.

    Downgrade with autoloader to 10.2.2
I've got 10.3.1.2582 and last call entry is march 26. Thats not the problem for me.

If you download and your carrier has updated when it does the setup and checks for updates won't it install the update?

You can uncheck automated update checking and, if ever your provider would push you to update, you can always decline it.

In my experience whenever I do an autoloader which is destructive it wipes the phone and you have to run thru the setup. So far my carrier, verizon, hasn't issued an update but if they had when running the first time setup it checks for updates. I'm pretty sure if my carrier had a newer version it would download and install it with no way to tell it not to.

OK. Tell him how to fix it then. A possible fix would be to downgrade but I think of his carrier has a newer OS it will be installed during setup.

Its actually 150 calls. The call history is limited to 150 calls only. For some it could be 5 days worth calls - and others 30 days worth calls.

Dunno what the issue is but started after 10.3.1.2xxx update. Before that never had this problem on earlier versions of 10.3

STL 3 - 10.3.1.2708 - Suffer the same problem. Tried rebooting, security reset, autoloader with restore, autoloader without restore - nothing works. There must be some setting somewhere like the legacy BBOS maybe...

Annoying that a business-grade phone has such limited call history on 10.3.

    Lame.

It is limited to 150. I just counted my backlog. Someone at BlackBerry decided to change this in the 10.3.1 branch probably as a "fix" for some other issue.

One of the best things about my BlackBerry phones has always been that all of my history (call, text, email) is always there and easily transfers between devices. Well bblink didn't transfer much of anything from my bold when I got the z10 so strike one. Plus the horrible 30 day max email bug that somehow made it into the initial os means I lost most of everything for quite awhile. And now strike two is that I can't get call history past 150 entries? What year is this, certainly not 2015.

I guess there is a business use for such a long call history? I have no need to see my calls from years ago.

In some days reiceve/ 150 calls can be ordinary administration. It is a very short period. This decision might have be the solution to the concern of lags reductions with smaller amount of call logs carried on RAM

That was the legacy BlackBerry era. Most of you didn't like it because was poor on apps and games. Remember?
