Have you tried restarting the phone? And on what OS version are you? More details please about how the freezing happened.

After updating the OS on my Z10 the browser seems to freeze everytime I load it. It is almost completely unresponsive to touch. I can open the side menu but none of my bookmarks will load and I cannot enter text or "click" on links. I have tried restarting my phone numerous I anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it?

You haven't mentioned which version of the Z10 that you are using.

I'm not sure of the procedure for the Z10, but there should be a hard reset sequence which will make the OS set some things to default. On the PlayBook it was a combination of the power button and volume buttons. Since you can take the battery out of the Z10, it may be something simpler, like just holding down the power button as inserting the battery.

Perhaps one of the Z10 owners that know the procedure can post it.

If the hard reset doesn't cure the problem and you have an OS on the phone made for your model, the only solution may be a security wipe and then use the BlackBerry link software to reload the device OS. Do it in that order and make sure you have a backup before you start, as you will loose all the data on the phone. Also make sure you have a full battery when doing the security wipe.

I agree with this being a good solution. Backup your device using BlackBerry Link. Wipe your device. Pick an official or leaked OS. Load the OS using an autoloader. Go through setup and test the Browser.

Alternatively, as you appear to be on an official OS, you can perform a Security Wipe and reload full OS using either BlackBerry Link or the official over-the-web loader. See instructions from BlackBerry:
    http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...rnalId=KB33480

If reloading the OS fresh (along with a Security Wipe) resolves your Browser issue, you can try performing a Restore of your data in BlackBerry Link. If the Restore breaks the Browser again, then that's the culprit.

There was also a thread in the Z10 forums about 10.1 users having a non responsive browser after upgrade. It was related to Google and there was a Google web url posted that would reset the browser and fix the issue.
