Well.. considering blackberry is locked onto security and privacy how come we don't have the ability to block a contact? We have limited blocking availability where as other phones have made this a standard? Anyone feel me?

Yeah. We definitely need contacts blocking option native. By far, the best call blocking available is on iOS7. We need something similar.

Call blocking per caller will be possible in 10.03.x.x. I don't know if BBRY will offer their own solution but you can already find third party apps in BBRY World with call blocking functionality but they require OS 10.03.

Power Tools explicitly talk about blocking individual contacts as enabled by 10.3 in their newest update. It is in there and will be accessible soon.

The app is already available for 10.3 devices, I guess. I was able to open it. I didn't purchase because I have a BlackBerry world error where it doesn't process payments from any of my credit cards.

Call blocking can work only on 10.3. If you tried on 10.2. There was no API.
I'm also disappointed that BBRY didn't come with their call blocking feature but it's not a deal breaker for me. I also have WP8.1 phone and I like Quiet hours/inner circle feature.
