You all are wrong. 10.3.1 have new API for this. Only it is not provided by OS.
use 3th party apps - PowerTools, Call and SMS blocker etc. ..
second i was tested, working good for blacklist call block ..

It' s not a problem to open new threads for every single question you have.
It is a problem when you don't bother to write a proper title.

And yes, you can Block a contact....But only email address, not phone.

I'm using 10.3.1.821, to install this leak, should I load the core OS, debrick and radio, all 3 into sachesi or only the OS and debrick?

No! You have to extract the bar file from the debrick. Load core os - radio & apps from bar files. All at the same time.

Does anyone know of a fix for the quiet ringtone and notifications? I know it was a problem in 10.3.0, so does it still exist in 10.3.1 or is it just me?

IMO, 10.3.1.938 is a perfection of all previous 10.3.1 line up. More features than 10.3.1.8xx, and all the bugs I've encountered such as crashing hub when compose (because of whatsapp), black theme in contacts doesn't stick has all gone.

I did a non destructive update and all features so far are working.

And to answer your question, now we can able to override and individually set the volume of each app notification.

Right. I did see that and try it. But the overall volume is little to nothing. If I move the slider about halfway down, there is basically no ringtone at all (on both the main control and the override). And if I turn it all the way up, you can hear it, but very faint even in my pocket. Nothing close to the volume of the notifications and ringtones on 10.2.1. I tried a hard reset, and no luck there.

I've had this same problem with 10.3.1 leaks. It's to the point that it is making me wonder whether it will be fixed when the Classic launches. I can't believe that any BlackBerry employee running these versions of the OS don't immediately recognize this as a major problem. Hopefully it will get fixed but it's been on several versions of 10.3.1 leaks.

    Audio codecs changed.
    Probably needs some fine tuning
